If you were accused of murder, a murder you didn't commit.
You told a fellow worker "don't testify". Why go through an interrogation having your life put under a microscope, just don't answer questions so a dui from 30 years ago won't be broadcast on national TV, or have to mortgage your home for attorney fees defending an error on your taxes 20 years ago, or because you thought something happened at 7:00 and later said 9:00 your now lying under oath...... "just don't testify"
Why, because no crime of collusion ever occurred, he is innocent. So how can you obstruct a non crime? Obstructing is when a crime was committed under our current legal system. You cannot obstruct a crime you did not commit.
