I think you're hallucinating. Perhaps you could point out the parts where I don't know what I'm talking about.
You started this thread explaining your failure to find any information about a headline you got from an Israeli newspaper. Then armed with no information, you immediately implied you are not anti-Semitic, and that it was your "civic duty" to "point out this type of information and express (your) thoughts".

If all you have to go with is a headline, then what exactly are you talking about?

The headline was merely a launch pad for you to express more of your hostility toward Israel. The information behind the headline was not necessary, was it?

"Why in the hell is the American taxpayer being forced to combat anti-Semitism in Europe, or anywhere else for that matter(?)"

This question (?) is a k**ler, it has a clear answer--undoubtedly not the answer you want--but it opens the door to questions that demand answers from you.

Is anti-Semitism a threat to an entire race of people?

Why are 15 million people of a particular race and religion on this planet the focal point for so much hatred and hostility?

Right now, Europe is a hot bed of growing anti-Semitism, Neo-N**is and Muslim immigrants are inflaming it to levels not seen since Hitler, so why do you object to combating it? In Europe, or anywhere else for that matter?

Was the murder of 11 Jews in a Pennsylvania synagogue just an anomaly? A fluke? Was the shooter an anti-Semite?

No other country in the middle east and few elsewhere can match Israel's advancements in science, engineering, medicine, healthcare, computer, electronic and bio technology, agriculture, organic farming, husbandry, textiles, and a host of other fields.

Have you ever seen a really cool, innovative device or item that benefits all humans (or animals) stamped "Made in Iran"? Or Yemen?

Ever seen anything even close to benefiting human life coming out of the Palestinians in the West Bank or the Gaza Strip? What exactly have the Palestinians done to improve their own lives, not to mention anyone elses?

There is no denying that Jews are resourceful, imaginative, innovative, and productive people. Jews represent 0.02% of the world population, yet they have won 22% of the 900 or so Nobel Prizes awarded in all fields. 200 Jews are Nobel laureates, Dick, only 12 Muslims have that distinction, one of them was a Palestinian terrorist who, ironically, won the Nobel Peace prize jointly with two Israelis.

Why is your "civic duty" focused solely on finding anything you can with which to condemn Israel? Even if the "thing" is nothing more than a headline?

So what about the information you failed to find that got you goose stepping again? The US government wastes about $400 billion of our tax dollars annually. A lot of money.

The bill in question (H.R. 672) simply requires "the Department of State to expand its annual report on international religious freedom to provide more detailed information about anti-Semitism in Europe and efforts to combat it. On the basis of costs for similar requirements, CBO estimates that implementing the bill would cost less than $500,000 over the 2018-2022 period; such spending would be subject to the availability of appropriated funds.

"Enacting H.R. 672 would not affect direct spending or revenues; therefore, pay-as-you-go procedures do not apply. CBO estimates that enacting H.R. 672 would not increase net direct spending or on-budget deficits in any of the four consecutive 10-year periods beginning in 2028.

H.R. 672 contains no intergovernmental or private-sector mandates as defined in the Unfunded Mandates Reform Act and would not affect the budgets of state, local, or tribal governments."

A half million dollars, Dick, spread over four years--$125,000 per year--just to study the growing problem of anti-Semitism in Europe and find ways to combat it.

Is that wasted money? How does that compare to the government spending a half million dollars to text Americans about the health hazards of chewing tobacco, or spending $1 million to convince women not to use a tanning bed, or spending $3.5 million to expand the U.S. wine market, or funding a $400,000 study of glaciers from a feminist perspective?

Israel is an internationally recognized nation state, it was founded of the Jews, by the Jews, for the Jews. Half of the Jews in the world live there.

When you criticize, condemn, vilify, or otherwise attack the state of Israel, are you not attacking the people who run it and live there?

If, as you so stridently claim, you are not an anti-Semite, then stop behaving like one.

This is the kind of reality that Rowland and the rest of that crowd, including the MSM, choose to ignore:
