Since the Arab r**ts in 1920, the total number of fatalities up to the present is 25,000 dead Israelis and 90,000 dead Arabs. That's one year short of a century of conflict. 90,000 murdered was less than a month's work in Auschwitz at its peak.

I don't know how you can justify equating a state system of extermination with unfortunate events that occur in every in war. Soldiers from every nation have committed atrocities of some magnitude or other, in some cases they were under orders, in others, it was spontaneous. Has the government of Isreal established an industrial mass k*****g machine for the specific purpose of exterminating an entire race of people?

I don't believe for a second that a Jew hating Kuwait born Palestinian, a signatory to the boycott campaign against Israel and a political activist in Pennsylvania, could possibly provide an honest, objective, non-prejudicial answer to any question about Israel's policies. The woman is a bigot.

I mentioned the Holocaust as one of the greatest atrocities in history and you responded immediately with "Israel has caused a few "great" atrocities themselves." The implication being that a moral equivalence exists between N**i genocide and wh**ever those few 'great' Israeli atrocities might be.

At the Wannsee Conference in 1942, a N**i commission, chaired by Reinhard Heydrich, established the extermination of Jews as official government policy. That policy really got the ball rolling, German businessmen, industrialists, manufacturers, war profiteers, bankers, professors and scientists signed on and provided immense resources and engineering expertise for establishing and running a massive k*****g machine. They took advantage of a never ending supply of s***e labor--work and starve them to death, then replace them with a new batch. Auschwitz III (Monowitz) was one such s***e labor camp, I.G, Farben invested 700 million Reichmarks in building the Buna Werke where 10,000 prisoners, mostly Jews, died of hunger, overwork, disease, and executions. Many who were used up were sent to the main camp at Birkenau for execution.

In 632AD, Mohammed created Islam. The scripture he conceived (Koran) condemns to death Jews, Christians, and all other Infidels. In the 1400 years since, Muslims have murdered 292 million people, many of whom were fellow Muslims.

The Muslim Brotherhood manifesto and the Hamas charter demand the destruction of Israel. They do not recognize Israel's right to exist.

Interesting that Hitler and Himmler were so impressed with Islam's anti-Semitic policies that they sought an alliance with Islam through the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem. Together they managed to raise a couple of Muslim SS divisions that fought on the eastern front.

I make these points as a preface to what comes next.

Israel and the Jews have a right to exist, Israel is fighting a defensive war, not one of aggression or conquest or for Lebensraum. Israel has no policies for genocide, no state system for the extermination of any race or ethnic group. Contrary to the bigoted views of a Palestinian activist, Israel is not engaged in ethnic cleansing.

In 100 years of conflict between Jews and Arabs in the Holy Land, the grand total of fatalities is around 115,000 people. Some years the death toll was high, some years it was low, but that averages out to 1150 k**led every year. And, according to you, at some points during that century, Israel has committed "a few 'great' atrocities", but apparently the Muslims have not. Muslims just don't do that sort of thing, do they?

Show me one instance where an Israeli strapped on an explosive vest and blew himself or herself to pieces inside a bus packed with Arabs, or one instance where a group of Israelis launched a machine gun attack in a shopping mall, nightclub, or airport, or one instance where Israelis conducted mass beheadings and posted videos on the internet, or where Israelis put men, women and children in steel cages and burned them to death.

Do the Israelis oppress their women? Force them to hide their sexuality under black robes and veils? Prohibit women from driving cars or getting an education? Do Israelis mutilate the g*****ls of their female children, or throw homosexuals off tall buildings, or crucify, impale, disembowel, hang, burn, behead, or otherwise murder unarmed civilians who are not Jews or who will not convert to Judaism? Does Judaism inspire terrorist organizations all over the world? Do the Israelis sponsor, finance, train and supply such terror groups?

Where are these few 'great" Israeli atrocities?

In the 18 years since 9/11, Islamic terrorists have launched 35,000 attacks k*****g around 130,000 unarmed people, ironically, most of those attacks occurred in Muslim countries, and a good percentage of victims were Muslims. Religion of Peace

Someone brands you as an anti-Semite and you get all jammed up, go defensive, and try to rationalize a distinction between the condemnation of Jews as a people and Israel as a nation. How does that work? I suppose if Israel had been founded and populated by Australian aborigines or Yukon Inuits, there wouldn't be much trouble over there and you wouldn't have such a nasty axe to grind.

How is one supposed to ignore any hint of anti-Semitism behind your incessant condemnation of Israel? Doesn't matter whether or not you are an anti-Semite, with your anti-Israel biases, you have essentially hitched your donkey cart to anti-Semitism and are being d**gged along like a pull toy by anti-Semitic and anti-Israel propaganda.

How is it that out of all the countries on earth who truly are a threat to world peace and to the national security of western nations, a tiny country of 8000 square miles populated by 9 million people is the greatest threat of all?

BTW: Those guys who hijacked the commercial jets on September 11, 2001 and crashed them into buildings were Al Qaeda terrorists.

"What are these great atrocities that Israel has caused", you ask? I suppose for you it boils down to numbers. However, the question that could be put to the families of Palestinians: Was the death of your family member at the hands of the IDF an atrocity? That's as retorical, as it can get.

Let's recall a couple of the atrocities we know about, caused by Israel, since its creation. Does the USS liberty ship ring a bell? Or how about the false f**g rouse of 9-11.

These are a couple we know about. The t***h of the matter, whether you or others want to admit it: Since the creation of Isreal there has been more trouble in the Middle East and indirectly or directly the world. And I'm aware of and have read most of your canned responses, so don't bother. I'm done with this topic.

Whether you work here on OPP, or any other forum, social network, blog, or in live conversations, you will go on in your own pathetic way to advance the cause against Israel, be it boycotts or terrorism. It is very clear whose side you are on.

FYI: There has always been trouble in the middle east, since before King David established the kingdom of Judea and Israel in 1003 BC, there was trouble in the middle east. When Mohammed founded Islam in 632AD, he brought a monstrous load of trouble into the middle east. Before the state of Israel was established in 1948, there was trouble in the middle east, and all over the world. Two of the greatest most destructive wars in history were fought BEFORE Israel became a nation.

The USS Liberty incident was the result of the Fog of War, the attack on 9/11 was not a false f**g, and Israel had nothing to do with it.

And... Israel spends a large portion of the military funds we give them on American made weapons, so much of that aid comes right back here, supporting U.S. defense contractors, in turn generating taxes that come right back into our treasury.

They also improve on much of what they buy from our firms, and their input on those upgrades comes back to the U.S. as well, so we get more bang for our buck from Israel than we do from our Muslim beneficiaries.
