There have been so many questionable decisions regarding Hillary's email scandal that have never been adequately explained. The main question is why she wasn't charged when there have been many other incidents by lesser knowns that were not only fully investigated, but also charged and convicted. Also, I have never heard of a computer investigation by the FBI where they didn't seize every computer and server that a suspect may have had access to except for Hillary. I also have never heard of a case where the FBI accepted the word of the target that everything was alright without checking it themselves. I'm not picking on your hero, Hillary. It doesn't matter to me who it was, what matters is that standard procedures were not followed and I want to know why.

Mike, that 200 time figure, which varies in many reports, but what ever the number, the rejection was by congress to spend money on the station. They did not want money to go to a small to be closed location..
the military has repeated many times that help could not reach them in time..
There was no "why"... a nasty set of circumstances came together with tragic results..

You have some good points.. I think a real reason for no charges may have been that the private server was widely used in Washington. before during and to this day.. so no one wanting to show very much of that..
The access to computer/server escapes me,, seems I read an explanation.. but now do not recall..
As for the emails themselves, nearly all were recovered one way or another and found to be mostly non-issues..
Beyond that, I am not going to dig on this one..
We will all be ranting about what the Mueller report tells us or holds back.. by this time tomorrow or sooner..
