Which countries has made Christianity illegal? I know some nations have made it a crime to denounce islam, but still allow practice of Christianity in their own homes. You being more sympathetic to muslim and their religion, perhaps you can supply me with a list.

Good morning Pennylynn...
Hope you are well...

No nation that I know of has made Christianity illegal... Strange question... I don't follow...

And I fail to see how I have been any more sympathetic to Islam than any other religion...

Just for education purpose, a muslim can practice and even build mosques in the US. The question being, should a devout muslim be the leader of a predominately Christian nation....

I have several friends who are Christian missionaries in Pakistan. Muslims are coming to Christ faster than the Muslims can k**l them. Some of their ministry is reaching in to Afghanistan and the number of Christians there is also growing. There is also a ministry of pastoral training that is being used widely across central Africa and many are coming to Christ there. I do believe we are in end times and there is a harvest of believers going on ini unexpected places. It used to be very difficult to win any Muslim to Christ, but now many are leaving that dark religion. In Europe, there are many missionaries at the relocation camps where many Muslims have fled and many there are also receptive to the Gospel.

You have no problem breaking the laws of another country to proselytize for Christianity..
But don't wish Muslims to proselytize (or live) in America...

Just making sure I am reading what you have written correctly...

My question comes from your statement "You have no problem breaking the laws of another country to proselytize for Christianity..
But don't wish Muslims to proselytize (or live) in America..." So, I am asking, in which nation is being a Christian illegal.

My missionary friends are Pakistanis, who came to Christ in Pakistan and return there over half the year to teach and preach the Gospel, but study at an American seminary. I have never opposed anyone's freedom of religion, including a choice to believe in Islam. But under the First Amendment, in the USA, we all have freedom of religion, which includes sharing our faith with others and freedom of association. While I have mainly Christian friends, there are also friends who are Muslim and atheists and we do discuss many topics in depth and WITH CIVILITY. It can be done.

Ok.. Thanks for clarrifying...

There is no nation where being a ChristIan is illegal (to my knowledge)...
There are nations (Pakistan and Afghanistan for example) where proselytizing is illegal...

Practicing a faith and proselytizing for that faith are not one and the same...

Love this answer...

Thank you for taking the time to clarrify for me... I agree... I Wish more of God's children could live together civily and share in His wisdom...

I wish I could join some of your conversations... I bet they are fascinating...

The majority of my friends are either athiests or Buddhists... But there are also many Christians and Muslims in the area... And the majority of foreign students at the University are Hindu, Muslim or Christian...
We have excellent discussions... For the most part

A pleasure to meet you...

Your friend, Kyle

It takes a lot of Faith and Courage to proselytize and they do it quite openly. And, yes, they have been badly beaten and threatened with death many times and have accepted that as the price they pay for the joy to see people set free from bondage. BTW, it IS illegal to be a Christian (or any other faith for that matter) in North Korea. You can be executed for owning a single page of Scripture there.
You can log into "Voice of the Martyrs" and see what's going on around the world. "The Religion of Peace" is another eye-opener.

And a pleasure to meet you, Kyle. Which university? I'm shutting it down for the night. Have sweet dreams and be thankful, yes, VERY THANKFUL that you were born a free man and live in British Columbia.

I knew a man from North Korea who was Christian... He stated that there were very strict guidelines... Hmmm...

In any case... Not a country I would choose to immigrate to, or vacation in...
