We have the same gun confiscation law here in Oregon.
It's just the beginning, like the Abrams moose of Georgia has admitted too.
Hopefully like some county sheriff's have already done, they have stood up and won't institute this unconstitutional move that the Radical Progressive Jihadists seek.
It's like the restraining order law, all some person who knows you has to do.
Run to the court and make an accusation (true or not) and bam, no more gun rights.
