It is a waste of money and will still need the added personnel and tech updates to be near any level of use.

Even then it will have zero effect on the i******s already in our country, it will have little effect on the drug flow and little effect on human traffic..

It will have a huge effect on our debt as every thing else the orange albatross has done..

There is no usurpation of powers involved. Not only does the president have the power to protect our nation from invasion, he has the DUTY to do so. For the legislative branch to try to prevent our president from doing his duty bu not releasing more than a pittance of the money, AND not only restricting how he can spend it but requiring he betray his oath in the process IS much more than a usurpation of powers!!!! Democratic presidents HAVE actually usurped powers in the past. As have past Republican presidents. The two which immediately come to mind as flaunting the separation of powers are Obama and George W Bush. In fact, Trump is the first president since Ford to NOT overstep his constitutionally allowed powers.

No matter how many years have passed, it is the foundation of our republic. It MUST not be changed. There is a constitutional process for adding and repealing amendments. This process is outlined in the body of our constitution. Amendments are the only area where change is acceptable. The body of the constitution is the embodiment of the United States of America. To change it is to destroy the US as a nation by and for the people with the guarantee to not infringe on inalienable rights! I believe we are the only nation where the government gets its power from the people instead of the reverse. It is due to our constitution that this is still true after more than 200 years!
