Click on "My Pages" at the top where you logout, and you can create your own page there.
Through the Internet, when you find a photo you like- put your mouse over it and 'right click.' You will get a list of stuff, and choose 'Save As'. Click on that and it will save the picture in your picture library for your use to upload.
If you have photos of your own, scan them into your picture library, then they will be there for you to upload.

Each time you make a comment, you see the boxes below for 'File/picture attachments?' Click on 'Browse' and that will being up your library so you can choose a photo.
Click on your choice of photo, click open, and it will instantly upload right next to the 'Browse' you started with.
In the long rectangle box next to it on the left, you can name your photo.
After all this, Click Send, and you comment and photo(s) will appear. You can 'Preview' your work, before clicking on 'Send.'
