Why do I always see you talking estate taxes when the Dems you are talking about are talking about income taxes? I am pretty sure I know Marvee, but do want to ask you now and then. You do know that AOC is talking about income taxes which just isn't what you want to talk about, don't you?

Property tax is paid to the local government Roy not to the state-- don't you know your ass. The estate tax is the inheritance tax. A tax on dynastic Old European style wealth It usually contains Real Estate that has been held for many years and has never been taxed for cap gains. There could be millions up on millions in increased value that has never been taxed if a descendant wants possession of his or her inheritance they should pay the taxes on the added value
