It was recently reported that a Mexican applied for a B-1/B-2 VISA which is very common to gain access to the US. 80% of i******s gain access to this country using a visitors VISA. This Mexican was granted Access into the US.

Now keep in mind that B-1/B-2 VISA strictly prohibits a visitor and is not allowed to work.

Then 4 months later while being on a visitors VISA this Mexican applied for and received a H-1 VISA which now allows him to seek employment.

Now you are required to report your earnings.
Now it was discovered while being in this country on a visitors VISA it was discovered this Mexican reported earnings of $20,046 which is in violation of the US i*********n l*ws and you are subject to immediate deportation.

This was discovered many years later now with our i*********n l*ws should this Mexican be deported.

Why can't people work while visiting, Europe does? There not enough info here. If he got a visa to legally work, Te H-1 was he on the books? If he was, we had already collected taxes from him, and he may be due to a return. lol

If he was hired illegally, who hired him and what about their crime? I guess we could imprison him and send the working Mexican back home, but now we'd be minus one productive person in exchange for supporting the American criminal in jail. We're still on the losing end.

Europe does not. When I visited the Siemens plant in Karlsrhue I was warned not to say I was working there even though that was basically what I was doing.

Some countries do some don't, http://www.statravel.com/work-abroad.htm. There are many hostels if one wants to move to a new country to work, it's a good idea to spend a month or so in a hostel until you find the right place. There are holiday visa's available from other countries, the US is more stringent to others. Little more agreeable to students and actually spends a lot of money on grants for them.

They work because the l*****t let them work without reporting them.. Hazleton Pa. is a good example. When Bartlett’s was mayor of the town, he had laws passed that any employer who knowingly hired i*****l a***ns would be heavily fined and punished. He was overruled by l*****t judges and ha couldn’t enforce the laws. The town is now
Overcrowded with i******s that love and work there and the town became unsafe to even drive thru. That is what democrats are promoting.

Small update, Holder's DOJ sued Hazelton for the laws they enacted and left the townspeople with no recourse other than to be overrun. Crime and danger escalated until the majority of the original inhabitants have moved and the town population has been replaced by Hispanics, including the Mayor. This Mayor is fond of giving interviews wherein he states that the "issues" have been resolved peacefully. When you have a town full of i******s only, there are no white or black people to fight with.

If Google hasn't removed the information you can check ethnicity from twenty rears ago and currently., it went from zero to about 95% Hispanic.

I know Hazleton quite well having retired from the phone company in the city. That was almost thirty years ago, and today I will not even drive thru the city. The crime rate in this small town is very high. The property values have dropped a lot.

Grew up in Wilkes-Barre and left the area in 1954. I did a study on what happened there and was going to present it as some of the cultural inundation that has been happening. System crashed and Google imposed censorship so I couldn't recover my source material.

A study of the whole area, from Carbondale, south to Pottsville, would be a great
Eye opener.

I think it would only serve to enrage both of us. Wilkes-Barre recently had an i*****l a***n murder a resident recently. Hazleton is overrun by i******s. Pottsville has a population of about 14,000 and they are 99% white. The problem is they are older then the state's average age by seven percent. Another community of old folks with the younger generations living elsewhere. The income levels are pretty low as well.

Wilkes-Barre has about forty thousand people and 26000 of them are white, 6400 Hispanic and 5000 are black. There were no Hispanics until the late 90's and the black population is pretty stable. 30% of W-B's live in poverty and virtually all of the Hispanics do not speak English.

I've been following your conversation and am totally amazed at the changes in those communities. Living in retirement in the country I'm insulated from those concerns so far. We lost our home during hurricane Michael and will be moving into a small town in Alabama as soon as we can find a new home. I hope we don't experience the drastic changes you've seen. Culture shock! The last time I was in Wilkes Barre was in 1988.

Northeastern Pa has become a horror show. With the decline of the dominant coal industry and the disappearance of the garment and shoe industries there is nothing but a hollowed shell left. Mt Pocono was destroyed by Philadelphia using that community as their halfway house for hardened criminals.

Once my family and my Wifes's mostly died or left there has been no reason for me to return. Other than some graves in St. Mary's Cemetery there is nothing to draw me back.

I know the feeling. I left Scranton in 1968, and have watched the complete decline of the whole ares since. I still have a few relatives, including a sister, in Scranton, so I visit every so often. The only draw is a few good restaurants.
