It was recently reported that a Mexican applied for a B-1/B-2 VISA which is very common to gain access to the US. 80% of i******s gain access to this country using a visitors VISA. This Mexican was granted Access into the US.

Now keep in mind that B-1/B-2 VISA strictly prohibits a visitor and is not allowed to work.

Then 4 months later while being on a visitors VISA this Mexican applied for and received a H-1 VISA which now allows him to seek employment.

Now you are required to report your earnings.
Now it was discovered while being in this country on a visitors VISA it was discovered this Mexican reported earnings of $20,046 which is in violation of the US i*********n l*ws and you are subject to immediate deportation.

This was discovered many years later now with our i*********n l*ws should this Mexican be deported.

What difference does it make he showed the $20,000 in earnings in direct violation of our I*********n l*ws. What is so hard about answering the question. Should he be deported or allowed to stay.

Why can’t you answer the question would you deport or Allow him to to stay.

Damm what is it with you Trump supporters. You call for a national crisis of i******s flooding across the Border when the majority come here on visitor VISA,s. And overstay the VISA.

All 19 of the 9/11 terrorists violated US i*********n l*ws.

9/11 AND TERRORIST TRAVEL

It is perhaps obvious to state that terrorists cannot plan and carry out attacks in the United States if they are unable to enter the country. Yet prior to September 11, while there were efforts to enhance border security, no agency of the U.S. government thought of border security as a tool in the counterterrorism arsenal. Indeed, even after 19 hijackers demonstrated the relative ease of obtaining a U.S. visa and gaining admission into the United States, border security still is not considered a cornerstone of national security policy. We believe, for reasons we discuss in the following pages, that it must be made one.

This staff report represents 14 months of such research. It is based on thousands of pages of documents we reviewed from the State Department, the Immigration and Naturalization Service, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Central Intelligence Agency, the Department of Defense, approximately 25 briefings on various border security topics, and more than 200 interviews.

Three hijackers carried passports with indicators of Islamic extremism linked to al Qaeda; two others carried passports manipulated in a fraudulent manner. It is likely that several more hijackers carried passports with similar fraudulent manipulation. Two hijackers lied on their visa applications. Once in the United States, two hijackers violated the terms of their visas. One overstayed his visa. And all but one obtained some form of state identification. We know that six of the hijackers used these state issued identifications to check in for their flights on September 11. Three of them were fraudulently obtained.

What a stupid GD question how does any illegal get a job. You people are so ignorant to facts. That freak in the White House keeps saying these i******s are flooding our Borders and coming here to take our jobs.

Well there not flooding across our boarders they come here legally on Visitor VISA, or school VISA, there different ways to enter the country legally. He came here on a visitors VISA which you are not allowed to work. If he wanted to work apply for a H-1/H-2 Visa if approved you can enter the country.

Now answer the question this person broke our i*********n l*ws and was allowed to stay should he be deported

Why can’t you answer a simple Question

That’s a lie and so what if there is. How many people in the last Caravan got into the country.

So your answer to the question on the H-1/H-2 Visa is bye they should be deported. I just want to understand your answer.

Yup your right. So why do we need to spend $5.5 billion on a wall. And besides after 9/11 when it was exposed how easy it was to get in this country. Congress under Bush created a new agency just to combat and prevent another 9/11. They also came up with new vetting procedures under The VISA program and apparently its working because we have not had another terrorest attack since 9/11 other than domestic terrorest.

Prove that. This has been debunked many times already but if you have the proof that she did exactly this post it here. Proof as in incontrovertible evidence, not fantasy or hearsay.
