Strange there is nothing on the Congress calander pretaining to that.

The House schedule is filled with Anti-Trump bills, so maybe that is what you mean.

A common mistake for the unlearned.

How can you possibly use our history of a few flimsy fences that even 8 month pregnant women can easily step over as evidence that proper obstructions/barriers don't work? Of course, when you put up a barrier never intended to repel anyone, you should not be surprised if it repels no one, but may that was the intention NOT in the first place. And, it is going to take the same amount of time (and money) no matter when the building begins. Also, it is foolish to say that democrats do NOT support open borders. The fact that we have over 20+million i*****l a***ns, with thousands more arriving daily, already in our country is evidence that they have ALWAYS refused to take REAL actions to prevent this invasion. Oh, there have been a couple of times that a couple of dems have used supporting words, but, when looking at actions, those words are just lies to further fool the people.

While the left has conniptions over $5 billion, the Pentagon just reported an expired unobligated balance of $27.7 billion. I wonder if since that money has already been authorized by congress to a department in the executive branch; could it be used for increased border security including a wall? It is already accounted for but was never spent by the DOD.

It should be. T***sfer it to the Corps of Engineers and start work on the wall.

The House controlled by the Dim-O-Crats can cry all they want to but they can't stop it.

CNN analyst: Courts ‘unlikely’ to stop Trump from declaring federal emergency for wall
https://youtu.be/cdzc-hBTtWc
As the government shutdown enters its 21st day, even some Democratic strategists see the writing on the wall. President Donald Trump will get the $5.7 billion he requested to fund parts of a barrier along the U.S.-Mexico border, even if he has to circumvent Congress and use his executive authority.

CNN chief legal consultant Jeffrey Toobin admitted on Thursday that he thinks it is “unlikely” that federal courts could stop the White House from declaring a national emergency and allocating funds to build a wall at the southern border.

The writing on the wall
Appearing on CNN’s “New Day,” co-host John Bergman asked Toobin if he thinks that it would be legal for the president to shift money from other programs toward the wall by declaring a national emergency. “I think it probably is,” Toobin answered. “I think it is unlikely to be stopped by the courts, let’s put it that way.”

Walls are obsolete Hypocrites

Here’s what we know: Obama purchased a mansion in the D.C. neighborhood of Kalorama for $8.1 million in 2017. Beefed up security features have certainly been added to the home, including a tall pilloried wall around the front of the home and a high-tech guard tower for Secret Service to control entry to the home. However, no definitive accounts of the security features have been reported.

The Daily Caller traveled to Obama’s D.C. neighborhood to find out if the “10-foot wall” existed. What did we find? Obama does not have one wall. He has many. He has barricades. He has armed guards entirely blocking the suburban road where he lives. Multiple cement and iron barricades block the road leading up to the Obama mansion. A Secret Service car and agent keep people from entering the stretch of road on both ends approximately 1,000 feet in both directions.

So, there is a three foot wall that matches the already existing wall, with wrought iron bars between the stanchions. I imagine the secret service insisted on the extended mini wall to block free access to the front door. But you just continue your silliness.
