The Army Corp of Engineers built all or nearly all of the great locks in the US and many of the dams.
The military has reconstructed a lot of infrastructure in war zones in other countries.
Why would anyone doubt the ability or our military to construct walls to protect our borders???🙄🙄🙄

Sweet! If Trump can't get enough titanium-backboned conservative legislators to get the job done, he'll find another way. And the military, which is charged with defending our interests seems to be the ideal agency to get the job done. Forget private contractors. We can't get the v**es from Congress to pay for them. BUT - the funds for the military have already been approved! So have them do it! Like you said - the Army Corp of Engineers. And wh**ever other branch of the military has experience with construction. Trump should put a lot more effort into the logistics of getting the job done with the military. And forget trying to persuade the likes of Schumer, Pelosi and their ilk.
