If the Democrats causes a partial shutdown of the government, the first thing shutdown should be their PAYCHECKS that will get their attention.

Every time a bill comes up to authorize their pay the Republicans should attach a bill in the same amount for building the wall. This comes to around $12,000'000 per payday.

If simular amounts were added on bills that the Democratic favor the wall will get built.
