Murderers are guilty and will not be forgiven.

He k**led his wife and kids because he was having an affair and was in debt up to his ears...Divorce would of made his life even more miserable....He k**ls his wife thats bad enough, but why k**l his 2 girls???They are innocent little angels..Just for that i hope he dies slow agonizing death in jail.....

Thank you,Padre. Your response is wise, and loving. It reminded me of Emmet Fox's breakdown of the Lord's Prayer ( Sermon on the Mount ) which I re-read and was given a fresh outlook on this troubling matter.
He reminds me that I need to be willing to forgive, that willingness is half the battle.
I have been willing, and probably making too big a deal of this. I will continue to pray on it.
Who'd a thunk it? I get real results sharing on a political site. Thank you all.

He's guilty. The "guilty" are those who refuse to repent of their sins and those who have committed a deadly sin. He will definitely rot in Hell.

How about murder by proxy such as King David committed in his lust for the wife of one of his military commanders? Was he forgiven? (Psalm 51). Contrary to what or who you worship sins, even murder, can be forgiven. I don't know why I ever get into conversations with you except to stop you from influencing people who have legitimate questions. But I'm done with you now!

There is a case in Colorado where this man k**ls his wife and his 2 daughters..One was 3 year old,the other 4 years old....He was c***ting on his wife and had financial problems..Also she was thinking about getting divorced...So how do you get rid of all these problems?????..You k**l your family and pretend to be grieving husband and father...The worst thing is where they found the bodies...Since he worked in the oil field he put his wife's body in the shallow grave in the oil field and his two little angels in 2 big oil canisters....When he was talking to the media he didnt act like a grieving husband/father..He looked calm and collective...I would be hysterical...Anyways,to make long story short...Her family forgave him..BTW he got life in prison without possibility of parole. So i have question...Would you forgive this monster???..I would NEVER EVER forgive a person who took my loved one away

PS..I forgot to add that she was also pregnant with his 3rd baby...

God asks of all of us, that we forgive others. Sometimes, I think that somethings, are just too much, or too painfull, for us humans to forgive. I think I would have to leave this for God to judge and forgive.

We are required to forgive others if they truly repent. This is a four step process. Remorse, confession, restitution, and most importantly, change. If we do these things, God will forgive our sin. Once a sin is forgiven by God, it will also be forgotten and will never be mentioned again. We are also not to avenge or bear a grudge, vengeance belongs to God. Leviticus 19:18. We are to make atonement for our sins once a year on Yom Kippur.
