There is a case in Colorado where this man k**ls his wife and his 2 daughters..One was 3 year old,the other 4 years old....He was c***ting on his wife and had financial problems..Also she was thinking about getting divorced...So how do you get rid of all these problems?????..You k**l your family and pretend to be grieving husband and father...The worst thing is where they found the bodies...Since he worked in the oil field he put his wife's body in the shallow grave in the oil field and his two little angels in 2 big oil canisters....When he was talking to the media he didnt act like a grieving husband/father..He looked calm and collective...I would be hysterical...Anyways,to make long story short...Her family forgave him..BTW he got life in prison without possibility of parole. So i have question...Would you forgive this monster???..I would NEVER EVER forgive a person who took my loved one away

PS..I forgot to add that she was also pregnant with his 3rd baby...

I would strive to find it in me to find something redeemable about this "man".... But most of my time would be spent praying that he receive a short life in prison followed by a long stay in hell... No words can describe the disgusy and horror I feel for this "man"...

D********g POS demon. As bad as that woman who strapped her two little ones in her car and pushed it into the lake. It's people like this that just blind me with rage!!!!!!!!! For their actions and for the ultimate betrayal of those little ones that love you...

Bring back the chain gangs for bastards like this. Work him until he is played out, then hang the bastard. Slowly. I'll bet a stint at hard labor and being someone's b***h would give him a whole new outlook.

I have a person in my family who has done , simply put , bad things.
This has torn the family apart. I hear it from everywhere....12-step group, therapists, clergy; "you MUST forgive." I am a faulted human being who,for 20 years, has tried to forgive this person.
I cannot.
Unhealthy and un-Godly as it is,I've had to bury my head in the sand and make like "everything's okay".
No happy endings here, folks. Some things we're just stuck with. If it doesn't k**l you,it makes you stronger...

I'm with you on this, BUT her parents are better people then we are. God has a very special place for him.

Forgiveness is an act of the "will" not necessarily an act of the heart. If someone stands between you and Christ, between you and heaven, I'm sure you will agree that no emotion caused by another person is worth preventing it. If we expect Christ to forgive us He will do so in proportion to how much we are willing to forgive others. (Forgive us our "sins" in the same way that we forgive others who "sins" against us.) This individual could be heaven or hell for you. If we desire (our will) to forgive someone because it is the right thing to do then they are forgiven. Period! We may not feel warm and fuzzy towards them afterwards but emotions are awfully unruly to begin with. If we are fortunate, forgiveness of the heart may eventually come after forgiveness with our will. Sometimes they do occur simultaneously. I pray this understanding of forgiveness helps.

All true. And it is also our responsibility to protect the innocent and the weak. Forgive does not mean allow or condone.

And "love" certainly does not mean to allow, encourage or condone behavior contrary to God's will.

Yep. That's part of protecting the innocent.

Murder is one of the seven deadly sins and it cannot be forgiven. There is a difference between murder and k*****g. K*****g is acceptable in warfare, capital punishment, and self defense. There is no atonement for murder. Murder is defined as the intentional taking of an innocent life. I suspect this person was a Christian and believes all of his sins are forgiven. Murderers are guilty and will not be forgiven.
