No! Regardless of where Barack Obama was born, he is not a Natural Born Citizen.

To be a Natural Born Citizen, both parents must be citizens of the United States of America, at the time of birth and be born within the territory of the United States of America.

By Barack Obama's own admission, his father was not a citizen of the United States.

Therefore, Barack Obama cannot be a Natural Born Citizen.

Sorry, but he is NOT a natural born citizen and that is by the BC that had put out. It may turn out he is a NATIVE born citizen, but he can NEVER be a NATURAL born citizen. Being elected to the Senate is not the same requirements as being President. Even you should know this, but it would seem that you don't..... As it stands right now, he may not even be who he says he is........

I taught my grown daughters this: what people say they are angry about is often not the real thing that is bothering them. I suspect the "birthers", like a broken phonograph, are stuck on something else. Could that something else be something they would prefer just to discuss behind closed doors?

Any thoughts on what that "something else" could possibly be???

The SS # Obumer uses was issued to a man born in 1890 and is from Conn. Obumer never lived there . Got It !!

It has nothing to do with how long the SSA has been in existence. The SSA has a law on the books which says that if a deceased individual was born 120 years ago or longer one does not have to be a family member to obtain the records. Anyone is authorized under FOIA request to obtain the SS info on the deceased. The SS# Obama used on his 2009 tax form was traced to a Mr. Harry Bounel who was born in 1890. He was a Russian immigrant who was issued the SS# Obama is using in the 1930's after the program was started. Since he was born 124 years ago his SS records are thus FOIA material per the SSA's own rule. They were trying to say they couldnt locate the records but had already admitted earlier that they had the records on file but were claiming privacy issues. Just recently they finally released the records and Judge Ellen Hollander out in Md has possession of said records pertaining to an active case. It is a proven fact that Obama has been using the SS# of a man who was born in 1890 who is deceased. Yes, it is a fact that we have had and still have a full blown Terrorist squatting in our White House & Oval Office. I just wanted to clear things up for those wading thru all the liberal propagandists posting rubbish here.

There are thousands of made up internet facts about Obama, the people who h**e him for no reason will believe these lies without ever checking them out. I have not found one yet that was even remotely accurate. Also fox news has stated in court that they have the right to lie on thier news shows, they call it free speech.

What I find fascinating about this whole series of endless accusations, from f**e birth records, to bogus college files, to you name it...is that it's been six years for the accusers to state and prove their case for any of it...anywhere...concrete evidence waved in all our stupid faces. And so far nothing has stuck. Piles of crap thrown against the wall and zip/nada/nil. And how come that fat sheriff down Arizona way hasn't sealed the deal? What the heck is his problem? This was supposed to be a slam dunk for mister pink prison outfit. Six endless years of non-stop BS and the only response has been "prove us wrong", and "he's a phoney." Well, time is up.
