Like it or not, these are very serious allegations and should be investigated by the FBI. I,for one, would not appreciate someone sitting on the Supreme Court that thinks raping women is something akin to "Boys will be Boys". If these allegations should turn out to be true then he should be sharing a cell in prison along with Bill Cosby.

As it stands for now the Senate has absolute power to deflect on the approval of a SC nominee. There had to be a limit on that power. It should not be based on politics but on merit.

The GOP is now being run by the Keystone cops as Sen Chuck Grassley and the cojoneless GOP allows the minority to score a huge victory. Grassley has agreed to let Ford testify on Thursday, meaning Brett Kavanaugh went through all this crap for nothing.

It is all but impossible to confirm Kavanaugh before the new session of the Supreme Court begins on October first, meaning that all the rulings by activist judges will be upheld and Brett Kavanaugh will never be seated on the nation’s highest court. And to achieve that, Mitch McConnell would have to keep the Senate in session for the entire 48 hours of the next weekend.

From The Gateway Pundit

Republicans in the Senate asked for her to testify this week, she refused. They offered to send a staff to her house in California to take her testimony privately and she refused that too. Finally, they asked her to testify this coming Monday, she said she won’t but she won’t explain why she won’t. Ford’s attorneys now say she’s willing to explain herself in the Senate next Thursday.

Thursday is a significant date in this story. Because of senate rules which are complex, if Ford testifies next Thursday the v**e on Kavanaugh will be pushed back at least another week. In this environment that very well means – forever. His nomination will be over.

And So will any Trump nomination to the court. There is a time before the midterms for the White House to introduce and vet a new candidate. Democrats will have prevented the president from filling this vacancy. We’ll have just eight justices for the foreseeable future. And probably until there is another Democratic president. You may have v**ed for Trump in hope that he would put reasonable people on the Supreme Court. But TOUGH!

I may not even v**e in November because Democrats are in charge, no matter which party is in the majority.

I don’t know you but judging from your blogs, I’d say you are about as immoral as they come. Are you aware that Kavanaugh has already been vetted six (6) times which is six (6) times more than the FBI vetted Obama. He was married to a semi woman.

He has been vetted 6 times, but we have no idea what the FBI discovered.

I must have missed something. I don't recall Obama being nominated to the Supreme Court. The other six investigations did not warrant such a detailed investigations. FYI- I am neither a republican nor a democrat. I don't have a dog in this fight, I just call it like I see it. Been on this big purple marble for 76 years now and have seen what this type of political bulls**t has don't to this country. Both sides of the isle are equally to blame. They could care less about what is good for the country or it's citizens. It's all about power and destroying the freedom that I served six years in the military so we can have these discussions. Sexual assault, oppression and police brutality are the norm now. It is up to the citizens to make this country great. Yes I support #me too, Black L***s M****r as well as Colin Kapernick's right to protest. Not that it matters, I want you to know I am a white man that supports all people of all races, and I live in Arkansas.

Yo, Airheadone, the senate confirmation hearing is about confirming a judge to the SCOTUS bench, not about proving the unsubstantiated allegation of a l*****t malcontent.

FYI: All those who are high school chums of Kavanaugh and who have something to say about this have already sent signed affidavits to the SJC. None of them substantiate any aspect of Ford's accusation. There is no need at all for any these people to testify in this hearing simply because they have nothing to say about it. How the hell can you testify to something about which you have no recollection at all of ever happening?

All she has is a bunch of people that will to lie and say she started to tell people about it nothing more and the other women has a memory just as bad as hers. No one even remembers being with this women. But thanks to the Democrats they have ruined a man's reputation and I hope they have the same waiting for them in the future how shiny clean are these men that destroy others perhaps someone should start looking at them and their democratic judges

Call up McConnell.....

A third woman has presented the Senate Judiciary Committee with allegations of inappropriate behavior by Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, accusing him of sexually aggressive behavior at alcohol-fueled parties when he was in high school.

The new accuser, Julie Swetnick, was identified by her lawyer Michael Avenatti on Twitter Wednesday morning. In a sworn statement prepared by Avenatti and submitted to committee, Swetnick said that Kavanaugh and his friend Mark Judge were present at a party where she was drugged and "gang raped."
