No it is not up to the accuser.
It is up to us the individuals seeking the t***hs task.
That is why we have a system of justice.
For us to blindly support political actions with out question is why we all see things we don't like.
If we expect the t***h we must give the t***h.
Political parties are not in the habit of always providing the t***h.
To often there is a lack of t***h coming from political parities.
In the American system of justice, when someone is accused of a crime, the accused is innocent until proven guilty, and the burden of proof is upon the accuser. The accused has the right to confront the accuser. The burden of proof requires evidence, proof beyond a reasonable doubt, not simply an accusation.
The confirmation (or not) of a p**********l appointee to the Supreme Court is a constitutional process.
In this case, the liberal progs on the Senate Judicial Committee have turned this process into a Kangaroo court. Even before the California femin**i Feinstein made her 11th hour play and d**gged a California femin**i out of the political weeds to level a criminal accusation at Kavanaugh, the liberal progs on the committee were pulling every trick out of their ideological asses to accuse judge Kavanaugh of something, anything, wh**ever to deny his appointment. It is like watching a troop of caged monkeys on amphetamines accusing a lion for stealing their bananas.
This attack on Judge Kavanaugh is a political hit job top to bottom.
Every person who is elected, appointed or hired for government service, civilian or military, is required to swear the oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States. Every liberal prog, whether they have a "D" or "R" after their name, swore falsely. In effect, when they swore, they were wiping their sorry asses on the constitution.
They speak mere words, With worthless oaths they make covenants; And judgment sprouts like poisonous weeds in the furrows of the field.Hosea 10:4
What does it say about the integrity and honesty of the accused (Kavanaugh) and the accuser (Ford) when the accused is fully prepared to defend himself at any time and any place, yet the accuser is playing cat and mouse games, making demands, and attempting to manipulate the Senate Judicial Committee?
