You are using “c*****e c****e” as shorthand for f****l f**l caused CO2 g****l w*****g. It is rubbish to say that needs a g*******t solution even if it is true. Currently the expectation is for the US to beggar itself in ‘paying’ for all sorts of really stupid ideas that t***sfer US Wealth to other countries and turn the US into a banana republic. IF you believe in CO2 caused c*****e c****e, and I do not, every nation can independently make its contribution toward reduction and the U.N. and Agenda21 can go screw themselves.
Before anyone labels me a CC Denier - I absolutely believe in c*****e c****e, it changes all the time naturally and it has changed negatively in discrete areas wherever there has been settlement that practiced cultivation of annual crops and cut down forests.
But again, there are solutions in permaculture and restoration agriculture that are making great strides in restoring ecosystems. There is also some amazing work being done in restoring hydrologic cycles. These efforts are mainly being undertaken at a local and regional level by the inhabitants in those areas.
ALL the g*******t “solutions” are s**ms to set up bureaucracies that can be skimmed by corrupt politicians and officials.
