I do not get why the “c*****e c****e” issue is so volatile and d******e

The vast majority of people on both the Left and Right are not experts on climate. I know next to nothing, except what I have read from both sides, and don't know which is right. Who's right? Can't say for sure. In fairness, I cannot take a stance either way. But why is this question so fractious? The Right seems to have this animosity toward all "Green" efforts. The Left seems to have this do-or-die support for all Green measures. The planet is possibly at stake here, your children and mine, future generations, if "c*****e c****e" is real. Yet bring the question up and you get vociferous and insulting challenges on the subject by both sides. Why is this issue a political football? Why does the Right deny it and the Left affirm it? What is really at stack?

Yes C*****e C****e is real. It gets hot, then cold, then hot, then cold, etc. CO2 is necessary for life. It is the buildup of CO2 within us that triggers us to breathe, not lack of O2. We actually need more CO2 to increase crop yield. There is a tree Line where there insufficient CO2 to support growth of trees. Because of recent increase of CO2, the altitude of the tree line has increased. I am for an increase in CO2 because it is healthy for us and plants. However I am greatly opposed to the injection of poisons into our atmosphere, water, food, medications and v*****es. Fluorosilicic acid and glyphosate are a major cause of diabetes, muscle weakness, weak brittle bones, memory loss and cancer.

Exactly, check the Vostok ice core graphs to see it over the last 550,000 years.

Here is a simple explanation; common sense says don’t s**t in your nest. Conservatives are just too lazy and shortsighted to get out of bed before moving their bowels, they just figure the grandkids can clean up the mess.

I have to agree with most of what you say, but I see most of the left acting like assholes, ... as proved by Kevyn's comments. There may be something to "man made c*****e c****e", but I want more HONEST scientific study, instead of the blind, "let's do something, even if it's wrong" crap the left is spouting now.

I've thought that Republicans claimed the science of g****l w*****g was a h**x because once you decide its true, you become a g*******t of sorts for any solution will require global actions and cooperation. Better say it's a h**x they conclude, since who wants to be accused of considering the welfare of people from s**thole countries and the like.

First, "I've thought", probably doesn't accurately describe what you do, since your assumptions about conservatives are as far from t***h as possible. Until recently, I wondered if there was a real diagnosis for your mental problems, and then I read up on Schizotypal Disorder. With that disorder, you may have strange beliefs -- that you can read people’s minds, for example -- which seems to describe you and other liberals in this forum.

As far as man made c*****e c****e goes, as I said earlier, it should be studied, but not by l*****t assholes, like Al Gore, making unreasonable and unfounded predictions of summertime blizzards or total melting of the polar ice caps, and then coming up with silly crap like "buying and selling carbon credits, for profit." Conservatives are okay with real science, but they don't buy the crap the l*****t whackos have been selling.

Why is this http://joannenova.com.au/global-warming-2/ice-core-graph/ so hard to grasp?

It is only hard to grasp if you're a l*****t wanting to use the lie that man made g****l w*****g is an unquestionable fact that must be corrected by mass t***sit, no personal vehicles, housing all people in large buildings, eating only plants and not meat, and a heavy carbon tax on all energy. Its all about people control. Only two classes, the herds of serfs and the few rich elites.

For more real information about climate with real numbers go here:
http://www.drroyspencer.com/2018/ Graph shows we are in a period of G****l C*****g. The underwater volcanoes that were warming the Arctic Ocean are now less active. [Yes the Arctic ice was melting from the bottom up!] There is a lot more ice around the North Pole. It is also getting cold South of the Equator.

It is an even better insight to realise that the L*****t/g*******ts/c*****e c****e promoters almost totally ignore the observations that every civilisation that archaeologists study died out because they desertified their surrounding areas - mainly through deforestation.

They also ignore the excellent work being done in the permaculture and restoration agriculture arenas that demonstrates re-establishment of previously collapsed hydrologic cycles through reforestation. Mixed agriculture - using animals to sequester carbon in the soil in mixed grassland / woodland savanna, also seems to be a no-go area for the l*****ts.

The reason the g*******ts ignore this work is because it is being, and can be, achieved through the accumulation of individual efforts, does not need big government, spaces people out in smaller settlements instead of corralling people into enclaves, and offers little by way of ability to corruptly skim wealth off the system.

My opinion: It's not cheap for businesses to reduce putting pollution in the air. It's cheaper to just deny it and fight any regulations that will force you to do the right thing. Buy the politicians (Rightwing) that will help you fight those regulations.
Dump money into their campaigns. Get as many Republicans in office as possible. Today's dollar is more important that tomorrows destruction to these people.
For years you've heard, "We need a businessman in the White House". Now you see what a folly that is. The quest for every dollar that can be gathered is going to be at the expense of human life. We had someone with compassion for people. Now the businessman is reversing everything he did for the people, in favor of his owners so they can increase their profits.
Republicans are the largest organized group in the "World" that denies G****l W*****g. Not because of science, because of greed.

If you're looking for someone to trust, look for g****l w*****g proof on NASA's website.
