Christian's have been to quiet as evil and sin have taken front hold in this nation. When Christians speak, and pray, as one under the authority of Jesus Christ, they turn the ear of God and are heard. Christians are set-apart (selegiere) for the Lord to dwell upon, listen, and to part the red sea in all matters of our overall well being. In his time, when it benefits all. In the meantime, standing up and speaking for God, praying, must not cease.
