it will be "trauma" when Trump leaves us at the end of his eight years as President of the then made great United States. I really can't imagine another president who will be able to live up to him.

You go ahead and think about a post-Trump America.

You poor blue nose goobers need something to occupy your minds while you participate in your favorite passtime.

Historically, the Democratic Party (as I see it) has been more representative of the diversity of the US population than other US parties. This may be because Democrats have been more inclusive and open to the changes in US culture. Where Democrats weren't open to these changes, they joined other parties. For example, in the South where some Democrats (resistant to Civil Rights Laws) joined first the American Independent Party and then the Republican Party. If it is valid to say that the Democratic Party is more representative of the US population, then it only stands to reason, since it styles itself a democratic party.

More inclusive? As long as you are not Christian or Jewish, as long as you to not believe that a family made up of one man and one woman and their children is the best way to support a stable and good society. As long as you do not believe that people have the right to keep the things that they worked for, that the fruits of my labor belong to me, NOT THE STATE. If we are not included in the groups just mentioned then the "progressive" socialist Democrats welcome you with open arms.
