The way I recall it is: "Just because there is snow on top doesn't mean the fire is out below."
Under the right conditions, a dying ember can manifest itself into a roaring fire, heh...Salty?
Is that what you mean?

Thanks, Alex!
I wouldn't have made it this far without your t***sportation department and corpsmen.
Calamari are okay, by me!
Thanks to all on this thread for the birthday wishes, and concerns (?) for my brothers and I. The trip went well, but my younger brothers have medical conditions that limited our 'rambunctiousness' to no arrests. We enjoyed our time together, and played some poker, along with other relatively harmless activities. We did not eat or drink healthily, so DO NOT tell AuntiE. We chose to remain incommunicado from all friends and Family.
Upon returning home, I found out that my cousin's husband (75) went into emergency room treatment for his own medical problems. I was called to his side by Family, and have been trying to catch up with things since arriving back home from the hospital visit. He is on the road to recovery, but do not know how long he will remain in his stay.
I will be off and on throughout the day, and try to stay up tonight and enjoy my good friends on the OPP.

I am considering the possibility of utilizing a molotov cocktail, or something similar, to reactive it. The coals seem to be dying out.

Salty, we need to sit down, have a tequila...and discuss this matter further. It is being blown out of proportion.
I have no 'burning' desire for this proposal.

I'll be needing you to set the example for how it's properly done, Alex. :-D

Tequila used to help when 'baby' was around to lite my fire, but alas, I don't know 'baby's' whereabouts.

So your fire was reduced calorie? Sort of a "Lite Light?"

Would you believe lighter than lite?
