Refusing to ask a question, is not an answer to the question you didn't ask

Thank you for recognizing Putin's point of view. We do not want to fight with the second most powerful nation on the planet. I am grateful that Trump understands the golden rule -- Keep your friends close and your enemies closer.

Close is one thing, always keeping in mind they are your enemy, considering them a friend you side with against free allied nations is not keeping your enemies close.

There are many degrees of insecure, and no reason to have a system that isn't at a top echelon of security versus the old that has been proven to be insecure, and then there is the i***tic notion that there is no way to do a recount? The only reason for insisting on maintaining a system like that is because they are using and depending on fraud. Those who don't want fraud have no problems with systems that make it virtually impossible.

So you sidestep the question I bring up, why aren't we doing everything possible to prevent cyber attacks? The fact is Trump's admin is doing virtually nothing.

There is no secure system except honesty and that one is tenuous at best. There are no systems, just like there are no locks, that can't be breached.

V****g machines are not on line so they cannot be hacked. V**e f***d results by internal actions and design, not incursions by outside malefactors.

I searched, but did not find the information on the Clinton Foundation company that owns 17 percent of v****g machines. They are not Soros.
Anyhow, the 2016 complaints were not from Republicans, they were from your Democrat pals. In California, exit poles were showing Bernie Sanders ahead of Hillary, while the v****g machines had Hillary well ahead. When Bernie supporters complained about it, the exit poles were shut down. They fixed that problem -- right?

BTW, I don't care what factcheck says about Snopes. They reek of liberal bias.

Some might reply to your, "They reek of liberal bias", because "Reality has a liberal bias".
I prefer, "Reality is biased toward moderation."

That is not precisely true. Just because you don’t plug a wire into a network does not mean connectivity and switching cannot be hidden within the circuitry. We have all heard the stories about people being monitored stealthily via hand held devices. Anyone who can get reasonably close could be the operator. When not activated, would run per usual, when activated applied a weighting. 15% extra could be enough in close margin areas.

Broadband over electric cables is another technology could be useful.

Sound can be used as a key to activate and deactivate a switch.

The point is, technology is a constant battle between good guys and bad guys. Tech producers can put the darnedest things into the smallest packages. The kind of expert that could detect or recognised them all will cost way more than any local county or organisation will Stump up to do their testing.

That is what I said, v****g subversion takes place from the inside, not the outside. There is no foolproof system.

Here is one of the original articles on the v****g machine /Soros connection.

http://www.nowtheendbegins.com/wikileaks-george-soros-controlling-v**e-16-states-using-smartmatic-v****g-machines/

Note - Snopes did a fact check and found no direct connection between Soros and the v****g machines. While that is technically true, the claim has been for a ‘linkage’. He serves on the board of a Soros organisation, has prior business dealings and holds the same political views - “Malloch-Brown has also not been secretive about his political views. Like Soros, he has supported many left-wing issues, and is a strong advocate for globalism—a position he describes in detail in his 2012 book, “The Unfinished Global Revolution.” “
