Sorry, but doesnt your daughter have say in it and dont you have the right as a grandparent over nobody loser like her boyfriend???......It amazes me sometimes, how we women give all control to losers.....Is he abusive to her too???...Im sorry,Sinfularity, maybe its none of my business, but it sure looks like to me that maybe your daughter needs to get out NOW,before its to late!!!

Chloe is my son's daughter. My son and her mother are no longer friendly, barely civil. Chloe and I are collateral damage.

I don't believe him to be strictly rational about it, emotions run high when its family. He is able and wants to provide a home for Chloe and her half sister and Mom, and resents my son's interference. Visitation is by consent, not court ordered. His consent, thus mothers is not forthcoming. I have not seen her since December. There is no realistic concern regarding her safety, except she isn't allowed to see her old daddy, whom she loves, anymore.

The child not having my son's last name and not having him identified as her father on the birth certificate puts my son at the point of first claiming paternity and waiting for the court ordered DNA results, and me outside the frame of the picture.

I'm truly sorry about all of it.

Perhaps he'll cool off some and maybe you could convince him that a kid can't have too many grandmas.

I wish you and your family well

Chloe and you collateral damage, that’s the worst part, Sing...!!
