From Nov. 1991 until June 1993, I served in the Navy, as a non-designated Airman(E3 and below) on Naval Air Station Leeward side, Guantanamo Bay Cuba.
My duties included, recovering, fueling, loading/unloading passengers and cargo, and launching aircraft. The Air Force at that time provided the Aircraft and the Navy provided the ground personnel.

There were only five people who worked the cargo division of Air Terminal Operations.

Then by mid 1992, the Haitians were picked up by the United States Coast Guard. Apparently, a couple of Haitians who were s**k of their government and the way they were living, built a raft and headed north. The Coast Guard picked them up, and when the news hit, other Haitians followed suit. Soon the Coast Guard ships were full of Haitians. At that time, the Coast Guard was part of the Department of the Treasury, and did not have the power it has today in the department of Homeland Security. Therefore, the Haitians could not go home, and the Coast Guard could not bring them to the United States. Therefore, the Coast Guard Brought them to Naval Station Guantanamo Bay.

The Base jumped into action, and created a Haitian camp for processing on windward side of the base. The old hanger on windward was converted into a refugee camp. Meanwhile, the Air Force began increasing its flights by sending a C-5 once a day with humanitarian supplies to the Island. Now mind you there was only five of us in cargo, who had to unload, the humanitarian supplies and load them on to trucks for the refugee camp. We became overly strained within a matter of days.

To make matters worse, Hurricane Andrew hit Louisiana and western Florida, destroying Homestead Air Force Base. In a matter of 7 days, with the help of my fellow sailors, marines, and airmen, we up loaded 7 C-5 aircraft bound for Homestead. We had to re-palletize the humanitarian supplies, then load them on the aircraft. With five of us at cargo, we asked the base for help. We worked until we could not work no more. 210 tons of cargo was sent within 7 days to Homestead.

At one point, myself and a friend, sitting on a forklift and a loader, turned to each other in amazement at the sight. Every color, creed, religion, were working together for a common cause. We were saving lives, and it didn't matter what lives. It didn't matter who they were, just that mother nature destroyed Homestead. And they needed help.

At the end of the operation we at cargo were awarded the Humanitarian award and a letter of commendation from the Atlantic Fleet.

Now this is the America, I remember!

In the end, when the bus is falling from the cliff, does it really matter who was driving it?

Maxine Waters calls for liberals to "make crowds and push back" inciting a r**t. She is responsible for the deaths of those in the DC news room and threats against Paul Ryan.

Blaming Waters for the newspaper shooting shows how misguided you are in your attempt to cast blame. That huy was mad about a defamation suit that he lost for stalking a girl.

John McCain chastised Donald Trump by saying, "We have a long tradition of peaceful t******r of p***r". Trump listened, Maxine Waters and the Liberals didn't.

That was trump playing to the crazy base, saying Obama would not step down.

Donald Trump is the President of the United States and he is entrusted with the security of the people.
This rebellious behavior of the Democrats must stop...........

Trump is only interested tn lining his pockets.

A civil war is on the horizon, Donald Trump is doing his best to help the nation. Why not jump on board and help him with your valuable suggestions, rather than turn intolerable and not listen to reason? Donald is just doing his job in accordance to the laws passed by Congress, he is not your enemy. Your anger is misguided and misaligned. You wish to fight and take it out on a person who is not responsible, Congress is.

Come forth and let your voice be heard. Cast to congress, what your issue is and solve the issue. Quit brewing and causing senseless murders in the public forum. Rather work with your conservative brothers and sisters for a new great nation, a new great America, rather than fight us. For it is not worth it.

If you think it is, just ask the souls at the small field in Pennsylvania, now immortalized as "Gettysburg"

As far as the other comments supply proof. Trump never talked about violence except when he and his supporters we're being attacked. The protesters at the campaign Rally's sought to disrupt a peaceful assembly. Trump urged his supporters to hold their ground and had security remind me them.

As far as Maxine Waters she is telling her supporters to go on the offensive...oh and by the way harrassment is assualt, just ask any woman who has been sexually harrassed.

By the way John Wilks Booth was a Shakespearean actor, which puts him in the same category with Hollywood. And he was a Democrat rebel to boot.

Curious thing about each.of your examples is that Trump and his supporters we're defending themselves. Therefore to put it plainly, Trump didn't start it but damn well finished it.

Does this mean if I pick and start a fight, I am no longer responsible for the fight?
