Many years ago I was asked "what is the best form of government?". I answered, a dictatorship, IF, the dictator is smart, well educated, loves the country, loves the citizens, and cares for the well being of the population more than his/her own self; much like most healthy immediate family structures. Failing to find such a person we must find another form of government. Our forefathers designed our present form and called it a republic. For over 200 years it has worked well. It has always been challenged but never as seriously as now. I fear for my loved ones, friends and most of our fellow Americans as I wait to take my leave of this world. I fear the possible future for others; am pleased that I lived my life during the good times. Am now old, living on borrowed time and I'm ready to leave both mentally, emotionally and in spirit. I wish all of those who will survive me good fortune. It is my humble opinion that President Donald Trump will do good for our country if given some help from the right people and the v**ers. However, I'm not very optimistic as there is much h**e around us. Hatred is the biggest destructive force we have on this planet.

Our nation has long departed the rule of law, our congress and senate seeking only the will of the people, or originally the republic making decisions in the best interests of the citizens based on God, morals and ethics.
The good news is God is in control, while it's citizens increasing reject God, America is not falling apart, rather falling into place of God's will, into place of God's prophetic time piece. God clearly placed Donald Trump as the most powerful leader on earth to fulfill his will for America, Israel and nations. The end of the church age is ever nearer and those that accept the free Gift from God, eternal life through the work Christ did on the cross, forgiveness of sins that all who confess Jesus is the son of God, King of Kings, Lord of Lord's, ask forgiveness of their sins, repent they will be forgiven and escape the coming tribulations, the greatest tribulations ever to be put on man in all the world's history. Those rejecting God, whoa to them.
The point is while we see citizens cheering reprobate minds, same sex marriage, supporting lies and corruption of our leaders, America has promoted and spread porn across the world, cheers and supports homosexuality and turned America into a modern day Sodom and Gomorrah, but God is in control.

Most of us believe in a supreme being.

Well man-kind has been waiting for God to fulfill man kinds destine.
We if you believe in the part of the Garden of Eden.
Then perhaps you will recall that Gods rule for Adam & Eve was broken.
Then they were evicted.
Being put out on their own.

So we are on our on own to fix the world.
We are what can be said is a fitting punishment for the sins of man-kind by Adam & Eve.

The 3 major religions have a very common base.
Man-kind has allowed the small differences to divide us in a perpetual battle.

The answer is not from with in each religion it is with in the commonality of us all.

Prophecy has been fulfilled /fulfilling in our generation and now we have a convergence of multiple prophecies in the process of fulfilling or a convergence of prophecies. With mathematical odds in the quadrillions. God makes himself known and proves the accuracy of his word through fulfillment of prophecy. No religion on earth has had fulfilled prophecy, specific prophecies, 1239 prophecies in the old testament, 578 in the new testament.
The point, of course, is that when people say that the fulfillment of prophecy in the life of Jesus was accidental, they do not know what they are talking about. Keep in mind that Jesus did not just fulfill 8 prophecies, He fulfilled 108. The chances of fulfilling 16 is 1 in 10(pwr-45) . When you get to a total of 48, the odds increase to 1 in 10(pwr157) . Accidental fulfillment of these prophecies is simply beyond the realm of possibility.
If you like math then you know 157 zeros is beyond our ability to comprehend.

I watched a program about myths. I think that there is some sort of connection between myths a prophecies.
It was Moyers interviewing a man & I will check Netflix for the mans name.

There is connections that have a common thread between early religions.

Any way it is clear to me that people like you & I have to agree on what is needed to fulfill our destiny here on earth.
Me all have it with in our self now. We need each other to sort it out for our self.

As each of us adds our thoughts on the issue others may add to what we start.
What we are doing is looking back through history for seeds to [plant & for others to nurture & help the ideals grow.

There is even the myth that aliens were involved.

I have better odds of being struck by lightning or winning the lottery several thousand times in a row, that the to the thousands of the power mathematically of the combined "specific" fulfillment of prophecies. Myths do not carry those kinda of odds.
Many of the Alien experts are changing their views as to where Aliens come from, not distant planets but another dimension. Several theologians believe aliens are fallen angels. Never once have alien ships been detected heading towards our planet or away from, instead they suddenly appear or disappear in our air space.

How quickly my thread on government turned to religion; the two topics most likely to start arguments. I don't argue about them as everybody is entitled to their opinions and I know of no one that has any proof. I believe we all form our separate thoughts and or beliefs based on our personal experiences through out life. Therefore, who am I to try to "correct" anyone and vise-versa. It is my belief the reason we are here on earth temporarily is to learn how to give and receive love; true love, not lust, security or limited love. A love where you will be willing to automatically give all for someone without thinking about it. A small task for some, a most difficult task for others.

The best goernment would be to goven like you would like to be goverened.

To this end I feel it is dependent on each of us to discrie how we would like to be governed.

The more of us that can do a good job of expressing our views to others.
The closer we will come to what we want.

If we wish to have sound individual rights we need to ask for those rights.
For it is the sum total of what the people want that in the end is what the people will get.

First we need to step away from being so divided on so many issues.
While we play the divided game there are those that agree to use the void in unity to do what ever they wish.

The axiun "United we stand Divided we fall."
Is the name of the game.

When we grant others to act in our behalf.
We need to see that the obligtions tha go with that right are met.

Have you ever woudered why it seems we are so evenly divided 50-50.
Could it be having 2 major political parties alternating in cotrol.

Legilation is proposed & passed with varing justtifications.
But more power & wealth keeps ending up in fewer hands.

It will stay that way & continue to worsen untill we the poblic stop playing the political game.

I say we need not ever need to know the mathematical odds of any specific fulfillment of any prophesy.

We as individuals make choices on issues presented to us.
May they be ads, printed articles, multi media, of the conversations with others.

It is how we respond & not the mathematical odds that matter

At any given time options or choices are limited.

There is a constand offering of more options

Guessing the out come can be much better that playing the mathematical game.

Over the last generation the debate of God as part of our founding, decisive in the decisions of our leaders, lawmakers policies and agendas been forefront among conservatives, conservative Christians. Previous generations this was not up for debate.
No one high Jacked your thread and as with all post on this forum it is proper form to discuss or debate content of threads when in context of replies.

I appreciate your post and the opportunity to engage with others of same or opposing views and beliefs. What you are unawares us Floyd and myself are not confrontational, present a few back and forth and move on without hard feelings.
