Great, I have a book by Chuck Swindol called seasons of life. There are many wonderful devotions that would maybe be helpful. The Lord is dealing with me about how to approach, (well approach is an't a good word), how should I say it, maybe represent Him differently.
Perhaps I should put this in a PM, but I suppose it will be ok here.
I was listening to a sermon on the 23rd Psalm. We all have heard 100's. But his one convicted me terribly because of some of the ways I have approached the lost on these pages. I think we or at least I have been looking at them more like demons than lost sheep.
Read John 10:16 please.
I think rather than roaming around I am going to try to either start a page or maybe even use the one you started and those who might be interested will come there instead of me trying to interrupt conversations with spiritual responses to worldly discussions. Hope this makes sense to you???

Thank you, your post has also convicted me, I have caught myself as seeing those who defend vile and ugly actions as being vile and ugly themselves, rather than being deceived.

They certainly post vile, derogatory comments toward people of faith. :(

You know a little further in John:10 verse 26 Jesus points out that there are some who are not of his flock, the tricky part is planting seeds to help the deceived, and recognizing the tares

Well it just suddenly dawned on me and I have used this verse so many times: 2 Cor. 4:4.
In life situations we treat those whose mind is not right differently than those with a right mind. So it seems to me rather than allowing them to make us angry we should be more patient and understanding that it's not their eyes that are blind, it is their minds. And in a way they really can't help themselves.
Where you draw the line? I don't know the answer to that. I have always been taught that as long as the Holy Spirit puts them in your thoughts and prayers that they still have hope.
