The Catholic church today came from the Old Roman Catholic Church, split from the Ancient Orothdox Church which split into three religions one of them being Roman Catholic, dating back to the Roman Empire. During the Roman Empire, the higher classed Roman officials had 'house boys,' and it was excepted.
That tradition was carried on for centuries, attracting pedifiles through the ages. Those three ancient religions have been mass molesting children for 2000 years, Greek Orhodox, Armenian Othodox, and Roman Catholic.
That ancient Roman Catholic and it's 'traditions' came to America where Jesus had already said:
16 No man putteth a piece of new cloth unto an old garment, for that which is put in to fill it up taketh from the garment, and the rent is made worse.
17 Neither do men put new wine into old bottles: else the bottles break, and the wine runneth out, and the bottles perish: but they put new wine into new bottles, and both are preserved. Matthew 9.
You know ancient monestaries have been found in all countries with religions stemming from the ancient Ortodox', and many have skeleton's of infants bricked into the walls where their priests and nuns had affairs, and k**led the infants resulting from them.
What Jesus is teaching is that a land of New Liberty, and renewness of Faith is not to place that Faith and Liberty into an old ancient religion from old times and traditions, just doesn't work. That old religion has rent, and we see the grievious pedifiles and the destruction of innocent virtues.
But even now, against the cost of a condom or birth control, women choose to k**l the 'fruit of their own womb.'
How to stop this? Don't be Catholic, don't keep that ancient religion and it's gross traditions alive here in America as Jesus warned us.

The Gentiles were not much part of the Old Testament at all. They were said to be "working out in the field". Abraham even did not have a child by a Gentile woman, as he did the other nations: Egypt, Hebrews, and the Canaanites.
So as savages and barbarians (considered evil spirits) in OT, the Gentiles did begin civilizing themselves as it came close to NT, through the Romans and Alexander the Great.
Jesus Christ established his Faith, and Salvation which went forward in time through the Gentiles. After many centuries of persecutions, murder, and torture, a handful of Christ loving people were lead to a land where they could worship Jesus Christ without ancient Religious Governments k*****g them.
Upon landing at this land- America, a 'covenant' was signed by all (Mayflower Compact).
A Government of Liberty and Freedom was built, America's p***e "The White House", to stand and represent all the people in e******y and freedoms. Some of those Freedoms had to be fought for, but what was right in the site of God always prevailed. The land grew fast and prospered! American Inventions stormed the world!
Yet, in just over 200 years, the faith in our Lord God Jesus Christ has diminished. People from all lands and all religions have come to America. America's own Laws to protect her citizens rights, are swept under the carpet now and ignored.
A religion came in that explains this parable:
The Gentiles who built this country began as seven biological sons of Japeth, son of Noah (Genesis 10:1-5).
The long long journey through time of being barbarians, into a Freeland of Liberty.

I have seen a lot of his videos. I watched his career progress from the semi-innocuous to his willingness to call out myriad hypocrites...but especially the religious zealots and the Republicans (often one and the same). He was one of a kind. A good man.

In my opinion nothing of the sort is happening: It may be that you see religion being slowly returned to the individual and out of the public square. Matthew's Gospel clearly instructs us to Practice our belief system privately with no fanfare, no evangelizing and no public displays. Our Founders sought to follow those instructions as they enshrined Separation of Church an State into our country's earliest mission statement. The Way to a Good Life is how we live it, not how we talk about it. Any devout person can see the absurdity of worrying about removal of religion from our country. If God is all around us, all through us, Firing or dimissing is out of the question. Can't be done.
