All I did was search CEO Exxon and got the story. Maybe this is his way of getting the secret out?
The north eastern part of Texas, which has NEVER had an earthquake in history, has had 41 earthquakes since they put in the fracking wells. Probably not on local tv. Not real serious quakes yet. 1.4 to 2.4.

Ginger, you can find just about any story on just about any subject saying just about anything on the internet. Sometimes judgement and common sense is required.

One of the great things about this country is you can live near or away from anything you want to - and you can even be so factually challenged as to presume a Vice President can change laws and regulations and a President in office for 5 years is unable to change things.

Let's see now, NPR - an organization that you can be sure is all for bigger government because they count on government taking money from taxpayers to keep them going.

I got the story from the news first, but you always think I'm lieing or full of s**t. So, I went and found it.

OK, I've found stories that Elvis is alive and working at a 7/11 - I've found stories that says JFK was k**led by the mafia, stories that said he was k**led by Castro, stories that said he was k**led by aliens.

Each of those stories have as much credibility as a story that says the CEO of Exxon is suing Exxon for the location of an Exxon well. Now, if that story can explain why the CEO has no authority in operating the company so therefore needs to go to court do stop the company he runs from doing something, I might give it credibility. As it is, I'll leave those type of stories with the same seriousness as I leave the Elvis and JFK stories.

So, because I'm reading the total crap you write on the internet, none of it is to be believed. Right?

I have no trusted source - I take all things reported with a grain of salt - sometimes even two grains - what I see reported has to make some sort of sense - or if it is important enough I might check multiple sources.

NPR is almost always left leaning - NPR is a government dependent organization so would tend to be biased toward more government versus less government.

Fox is a profit making organization that sees their interests best served by leaning to the right in what and how they report, to them compensating for what they see as left leaning by those that the see as their commercial competition.

ABsolutely - any "fact" that I state can and should be evaluated for reasonableness - and should it appear unreasonable, it should be either ignored or looked into further if it is important in forming an opinion - particularly an opinion from which you might take any action.

Any opinion, that is an analysis of an issue, that I write should be evaluated for the logic of it - and juxtaposed against any other analysis or facts you care to invoke.

Ginger! Dave!, let's not fight, however your interaction here, shows that you both care, something that at least I, find lacking in our so-called elected "representatives".

Dave, What do most really rich people want? More money. So, the CEO of Exxon wants more money. If sure he could have just said no, but he decided to sue instead. More money. His big problem is he had to have valid reasons. Two of the news casts I saw had copies of the lawyers brief, saying it was poisonous.

I thought you said the CEO of Exxon sued Exxon about a well near his home - now you seem to be saying he sued for money. I'm confused.
