I believe that anyone who for any reason comes under American juristiction is entitled to the protection of the US constitution and if accused of any crime should be tried in a proper court of law and either convicted or released. If these poor soules can be handled this way, one day they may turn on innocent civilians, US citizens and declare them terrorists and they will lose all protection under the constitution. God help us then.

This would be a great gift to terrorists - in order to try them in open court and allow them to face their accusers you'd provide great opportunity for them to learn ways and means of intelligence gathering and provide the ability to deter any informants because of the threats to them and everyone they care about. For some reason, many of my fellow Americans seem to favor collective suicide.

A typical example today is that Russia is doing military exercises on their western border. Washington feels that this is their business and that Russia shold have cleared it with them first. Did Washington ask Russia when they did the GridX exercises last fall in sector 3? Of course not it was none of Russia's business. Washingtons arrogance thinking that the whole world needs to clear every move with them has grown old to the rest of the planet.

Why should the tax payers pay for defense attorneys and investigations. It would cost 100s of millions of dollars. Only American citizens are entitled to Constitutional protection. Aliens are not. In WW11 an military combatant in civilian cloths could be shot on the spot as a spy. Geneva Convention. Pirates can be executed at sea. Navy Seals took out 3 last year. Executed the bastards!!! :lol: :lol: Obumma brought 11 to New York to be tried. It will cost the tax payers 100s of millions of dollars to defend them. If they are guilty 100s of millions more to prison them. If set free, will the Navy take them back to Somalia? You and Obumma are some crazies. When the quota system that based success on how many successful prosecutions instead of finding out what was true came into play they found an endless list of framed people ready to lie in court for them and there is no such thing as a far trial.
Do you guys know that every "terrorist act" here since 911 was set up by the government to entrap these young gullible dupes into thinking they were really using an active bomb? So without the gov provoking their own necessity there would have been 0 terrorist attempts.
