Such a hackneyed ploy, the Far Lefties demanding that anyone who disagrees with them provide a list of proofs to back up what they say, after the same Lefties have raved on without presenting any facts themselves.

It's boring by the second time.

Sorry you misunderstood my comment. I was agreeing with you. Not the trolls.

I think attempting to have a conversation with people who are into clever booger jokes and fantasy is an uphill effort. Sorry I unloaded on you. The trolls look to me for their daily verbal spanking and I responded as though you were one of them. Sorry

I think rational people don't want lists of proofs, they would be content with some proofs. You RWEs throw general accusations and insults without SPECIFICS. Saying Obama is a liar is a general statement that is the expression of an emotion, not a thought. To make any sense out of that statement, on would have to define lye, and provide examples. Not to do so is blowing smoke.

Do you really want to have rational discussions or do you want to continue avoiding useful conversations? If you are bored, you are not paying attention.

We might, if we could figure out what a dong booger is.

Stated at minimum twenty-seven times, "If you like your health insurance, you can keep your health insurance." This would appear to an example of "a liar".

Still bowing smoke I see.

I have tried on more than one occasion to engage you in a rational conversation. I have presented details and invited you to refute my facts. I will not bite. Come on try to have a ' useful conversation ' with somebody who honestly disagrees with you.

Here is a good expression for you to learn. Google the word projection. It is what you and your good buddies do.

No matter what you presented he would not accept it as proof and will continue to say you have presented nothing concrete. He is too arrogant to ever admit he is wrong. Personal attacks are always his ace in the hole when prerented with something he cannot refute.

Glaucon, I have read many of your previous posts and disagree with most of them, especially this one ( I also do not agree on some of the conservative posts). I'm not as well educated as you and several of the other members on this site, so I'm not real great on stating my opinion in my own words. I read this on another site http://www.angelfire.com/emo2/republican/Manual.htm
and it mostly confirms my opinion of liberals . This is only part of the article because I didn't want to post a big amount of data.

The “Intellectuals”:
The “Intellectuals” are an interesting group of people. They’re typically your academics, people who have very strong academic accomplishments, or believe that they do (these can be interchanged). They often think of themselves as smart people, and associate with like-minded “smart people.” They’re especially found in Ivy League colleges, though this phenomenon easily exists in non-Ivy League schools as well. It extends beyond just the college and university scene, however; other education institutions have similar groups, and the media is full of such people.

These people are usually fairly responsible, fairly intelligent, and are going in a good direction in life- at least academically. However, all of them fall victim to one trap: they believe that everyone else is just as responsible and intelligent as them. Thus, they fall into an ideological world view, which believes that everything can be perfect, and that cases of “human nature” such as greed simply do not exist. (This explains why far left liberals supported c*******m- they thought people would be happy with “to each according to their need”…clearly, that did not work)

These people believe that things like a******n should be legal, because people will be responsible with it, and not take advantage of it. These people believe that drugs should be legalized, for the same reasons. These people believe that children should be exposed to sex and violence (including things that can be seen as the promotion of them), because children would be responsible with such matters. These people do not think things on television and mass media should be regulated, thinking that all people are responsible enough to handle indecent material. They believe all criminals can be “rehabilitated” and become responsible like them, and thus they oppose things like the death penalty. The list goes on and on, but the key thing you must know about these people: they’re frequently not in touch with reality itself- they’re like bookworms. They don’t realize the problems in the world for what they really are, but think they do.

Therefore, they fall victim to an ideological world view which simply does not work in reality: liberalism.

Everything these intellectuals do now has been done before, in essence: Karl Marx once presented an ideological l*****t world view. It didn’t work, but it sure sounded great when he presented his ideology. What looks good on paper may not look good in reality, and that is one thing the “intellectual left” does not understand.

These people also fundamentally believe they are right, and will refuse to argue with anyone who they think is of “less merit” than them; they’re very elitist to a sense, and therefore blindly hold to their ideology despite any arguments thrown at them. It is Ivy League arrogance, journalistic elitism, and wh**ever else you can name, at its finest.

It sounds like from your rant, Glaucon, that you '"h**e" just about everybody you named. When did a difference of opinion become "h**e"? You need to have your meds checked.

You opened yourself up! You actually need examples of his lies? Do you not even listen to what he says? You still have not answered my question about B******i's big lie! Blame the attack on a stupid video! You can keep your insurance and keep your doctor. Many democrats have come out to say they all, including Obama knew that he was lying! There has been no word from Obama about his own party calling him a liar. These are just the most public examples. Don't you listen to his news conferences and speeches?

For someone that claims to not have much education you sure did a good job. You gave a lot of credible information in good form. You are so right about these intellectuals, they seem to think the whole word dances to the beat of their drums. If you have an opinion that does not agree with their views, you are wrong and there must be something wrong with you!

Don't ever say I am not accommodating; you asked for a definition of lye, and here it is: Lye is a chemical compound (sodium hydroxide) which is used in the curing and pr********n of certain foods, including hominy, ramen noodles, and pretzels. It is also used for cleaning purposes, i.e. clogged drains. Historically it was obtained from the leaching of anything high in potassium carbonate. I will not go into the requisite chemical equations here, I don't have my keyboard set up for it. I have no idea what this has to do with a discussion of Obama's lack of probity. You're welcome.
