I also blame my cats when unable to locate something. They just give me a blank stare when queried.

Perhaps if you would not blame them and instead inquire if they know where YOU last placed an item. :-D

Obviously you and Lpnmajor are unwilling to take responsibility for your failings and blame poor darling four footed babies. 8-) :hunf:

One doesn't wish to assess the blame to one's self, so the natural scapecat are one's own felines. Beside's they neither deny nor complain, except at chow time.

Your excuse for not being able to find your belongings, which have probably been in the exact same place for decades, is to blame the darling felines.

One of our two is a conversationalist. If we were to ask where something was, we would get direct look and a meow in return to the question. :D

My youngest is once again at my feet, meowing because he is hungry. He has the most soulful, heart tugging eyes, and meows.

Kasey Marie sets at a table next to my recliner. I give her the ok to come set on my chest as I type. She stays there for approx. 3-4 min. Then moves to the foot rest where she lays until I get up.

VERY WEIRD suggestion. It worked for our thyroid baby. Take two spoons of the new food, spread some butter with a hint of salt or mix it in. Ours ate corn off the cob this summer. The vet said it was about the butter and salt.

I'm not sure it would be wise for me to try on mine. He tends to kidney stones.

May I ask why would you want your kitty to eat corn on the cob???

Leave the salt off and try the butter. Just a SMALL hint mixed in.

He chose it. We were watching TV and having dinner. I was to lazy to immediately take my plate upstairs. I set it on the floor. There was corn (small amount) left on the cob. I looked down and he was holding the cob with his paw and eating the corn. He also is fond of bits of baked potato with butter and sour cream.
