I loved the Marx brothers.... but you have your tenses wrong, all three are deceased. BTW, Chico was my favorite!

John Lennon once said: "Our society is run by insane people for insane objectives. I think we're being run by maniacs for maniacal ends and I think I'm liable to be put away as insane for expressing that. That's what's insane about it." This statement is more true today than when he said it....way back in the 80s.

Despite the fall of the Soviet Union and the Berlin Wall, C*******m is alive and well in the most unlikely places. It’s thriving in the hearts and minds of blind Party loyalists today. Most of them are unaware that blind Party loyalty is the core design of C*******m. It’s the means by which people are driven to look past t***h, common sense and personal thought, and walk the line of collective thought.

You are confused. C*******m is dead. The agenda in this country is the agenda that the corporations-banksters want. They control both parties with PAC cash and lobbying.

The only real Marxists left in this country revere their heroes, Groucho, Chico, and Harpo.

The only worshipers of Lenin are the ones that can't spell (John) Lennon.

I don't understand your love of democracy, since this country is not now, nor has it ever been a democracy. I think it is time you went back to school and learned about this country and what we stand for and what we are...........

Not only are you in denial about what is occurring in the country, but you are one of those aiding and abetting it's downfall.

Morning, ninetogo,

Do such websites actually exist? I'm most anxious to actually see some, even one -- seriously.

Mr Wolfe, I think you confuse perception and point of reference with t***h, lies and point of view.

President Obama actually submitted a budget OMG, of course the republicans said it was DOA and threw it back at him.

I was concerned because I saw a conservative article saying it proposes cutting retiree loop holes.

So I read what I could find and I see many items that if the republicans had proposed them the liberals would scream fowl.

Does it not seem interesting or even out of character for Obama to propose giving more people access to individual stock market tax deferred accounts with his new MYIR plan.

We are way way to caught up in us vs them.

I don't think you even really understand what has/is happening.
For starters, big financial institutions and corporations are in the heyday of their GREED. Money making money, so to speak, with no production or services because they have moved millions of jobs overseas. Meanwhile, those that have lost their jobs are also losing their houses and just about everything else. Corporations are treated as individuals, yet have no morality, only a bottom line to maintain.

Government has become "systems managers managing for the system's sake".

The "war on the middle-class" is destroying any chances of upward mobility and causing an ever widening and intensifying polarization between rich and poor. Said "war" being guised by "free trade' and "globalization" carried out by both political parties.

America has been t***sformed (starting Dec.23, 1913 with the illegal and unconstitutional Federal Reserve Act) from a relatively free society (both socially and economically) into a full-fledged, technocratic police state. Obama and political leader form BOTH parties have turned America's sovereignty over to that private banking cartel and multinational corporations ensuring a criminal monopoly of America's credit is now in the hands of a few powerful banking families.

Those banking interests and global corporation's plan to destroy the US economy, like a train, is right on track with the political and technocratic in DC on board. The debt crisis is the farce being presented to the American sheople and the world as political debate.
The t***h is that most of America's debt is fictitious. It is odious debt! The dimwit and repulsive parties, the fed and Dept of Treasury are controlled by t*****rs that are purposely deceiving the American people because if the t***h were revealed would it be the greatest threat to their existence and treasonous schemes.

Perhaps blindness figures into the problem also.

I believe blindness is the major reason we are in the shape we are in as a once leading world nation that has become nothing more than a near third-world country.

I also believe that many people have a too short memory and too soon forget that what we are now we have become since the e******n in November, 2007.

They too soon forget that it has been almost 6 years since Obama was elected and things have been steadily getting worse until now many countries are not even accepting our currency, when at one time the American dollar was the strongest currency on the world market.

They too soon forget what the price of gasoline was and what the unemployment rate was when this bird first took office, and how he systematically managed to increase both to what we have now; that the true unemployment is far larger than what is reported to the people. Some don't even know that the reported unemployment is not nearly as large as the actual unemployment is because as soon as a person runs out of unemployment benefits they automatically drop off the unemployment chart.

Now how's that for a sleazy way to fool the public?

Is Ecclesiastes 10:2 so hard to understand that you would need an interpreter to help you understand it? My, My, My, and here you said you had divulged so much of your time in schools of higher learning to get an education far above and beyond that of my measly high school diploma. Now my question is: Did you attend the same schools as Odumbbell did?

We all need a recall to the reality of anger, hostility, and assuming the worst of your fellow posters here on 1PP!

Then perhaps, since you are always in a wonderful mood until you read some t***h that is posted here, you should just keep your head buried in that wonderful warm sand and allow our country to be taken control of by a bunch of power-hungry crooks that developed in crime city, USA.

Isn't that where Obama got his start in crooked politics?

You hit the nail square on the head with your post. Wasn't it the Do-Rights that wanted to make history by v****g the first black man into the presidency, even though he wasn't a black man at all? Or even qualified to hold the office of presidency, since he had less than a full page of political resume to his credit?

The definition of C*******m is: A social system that puts property, capital and industry under control of the community and strives toward equal distribution of benefits.

The definition of Socialism is: A theory that land, energy and goods produced should be owned, managed and distributed by a government representing the people; any system aimed to put these ideas into practical application.

I do not believe any of these powers will ever work for the benefit of the people because the ones that advocate the C*******t belief are the one's that are the greedy one's who want it all.

And it has been proven many times that free enterprise is what has kept this country so great for so long because it has been proven that people, until the government stuck their noses in and tried to get the greatest share of peoples' hard work by raising taxes, worked much harder for themselves than they would ever work for any type of government.

There was a small town near where I live that decided to start a community garden to help people grow part or all of their own vegetables. A donor donated 10 acres for this project and the city prepared the plot for planting at no charge whatsoever. When all was said and done, ONE couple planted their allotted plot out of 40 available plots. And this one person was not a welfare recipient, but was a retired couple on Social Security.

This project lived exactly one year and was abandoned.
