No, the "ads" ran under false sites with names like The American Conservative Journal, Young People For Trump, and The Institute for T***h in Government. Each ad was specifically designed to spread anger, d******eness, and confusion, as well as lies about and distrust in Hillary and the Dems. Story lines like these: "Proof of a Secret plan to ban guns if Hillary elected"; "Obama has made his inner circle pledge allegiance to Allah, a close aid discloses under threat of death"; "Coverup in Hillary's child porn ring." (I know at least ten people on OPP that would run with all those stories, making no effort to verify.) This would be followed by invented (and by nature then non-existent) evidence and testimony. It was a massive coordinated, determined, and focused attack to defeat Clinton. This also occurred on Twitter and instagram, but not nearly to the extent of Facebook. Did this propaganda attack from an American adversary have any effect on the e******n? By how v**es did Trump lose? (Sorry, forgot about the imaginary 3 to 5M fraudulent v**es...that have been proven false.)

The indictments tell us today there is a very definite Russian connection to the Trump campaign, but not tRump. It should be clear to any discerning person that these developments are troubling and need to be pursued. The fact that the Manafort indictment deals with activities two years before working for tRump does not mean that he wasn't hired for and did not help with his Russian connections. Even a cursory vetting of Manafort would have revealed his shady past. His criminal dealings with Russia may have been the stamp of approval to hire him on the tRump Campaign. That is total conjecture...but not outside the realm of plausible.
