California can now start jailing people that refuse to use the preferred g****r
pronouns of nursing home residents after Democratic Gov. Jerry Brown signed
the bill Thursday.
The law's effect is limited to nursing homes and other long-term care facilities,
but mandates that those who willfully and repeatedly refuse to use a
t*********r residents preferred name or pronouns can be slapped with a
$1,000 fine and up to one year in prison, according to the California Heath and
Safety code.
Known as the L**T Senior Bill Of Rights, the legislation also requires nursing
homes and care facilities to allow residents to use the bathroom of their choice,
regardless of biological sex.
The bill's author, state Sen. Scott Weiner, argues that religious views don't hold
weight in public areas.

make sure they can age with the dignity and respect they deserve, Wiener
wrote.
I want to thank Governor Brown for joining our coalition in supporting this bill,
which will make a real difference in peoples lives. The L**T Senior Bill of Rights
is an important step in our fight to ensure all people are treated equally
regardless of their sexual orientation or g****r identity.

If you're in a care facility you probably don't have $1000.00 for the fine so it's off to the hoosegow with you. Since California doesn't jail anyone girls real crimes, they have lots if room in the jails. What kind of weird place is that California?

"Moonbeam" is the epitome of a "progressive/liberal" jackass. However, I don't think California should be allowed to secede, they should be made to conform to the rest of the country and have to abide by the law. Brown should be made to lose his job (as well as all the mayors of cities that claim to be "sanctuary cities") and invited to leave the country or put in jail for breaking those laws. To allow them to secede sets a bad example and indicates that our laws cannot be enforced. We are called the "UNITED" States of America and any state or city that choses to break the law should be punished, not rewarded.

This begs the question, why nursing homes. I would say because they can. Nursing Homes likely don't matter, but the people there are not going to put up a fight. So it comes under the heading, attack the weak. Chaulk up easy victories before you take on the hard ones.
This is why I like Trump. He sometimes gets into what seem to be unimportant battles, but with the left there are no unimportant wars. I'd like to see some Senior Citizen fight back and claim Altzheimers if they throw him into jail.
