Ranchers from every part of Texas forgo their weekends, get in trucks 6 per truck with their shotguns and rifles and start patrolling and when they find these people(who have been led straight to our border) We call in the Texas Rangers to pick up the trash. We are not like New Mexico and Arizona crying to Washington that we need help. Texans will always solve Texan's problems. Bryan, you fail to see the "larger picture". We live in a country of very diverse people and we have more than our fair share of people (i.e., criminals) who live at the expense of those who are civil minded. Before anyone even thinks about taking our citizen's guns, they first must not only take the guns from the criminals, they have to control the criminals---All countries, for eons, have tried to take the weapons from the "bad guys", mostly without success. And, even if government could take the guns from the criminals, the criminals would then resort to other types of weapons or more "manpower----and how does a citizen stop a gang of thieves or rapists?--- surely not by "negotiation". Taking our guns alone, will not solve the crime problem. In fact the history of Australia, Great Britain and France proved just the opposite. When their guns were taken, the violent crime doubled and in some select areas by a factor of ten. Having said all of that, the primary purpose of "right to carry" is to control tyrannical governments----just look around and you will see what I mean. Without our guns we are the mercy of the criminals, the many NWO socialist groups, the Muslims and it appears, the current administration, whose category has yet to be clearly defined.
