Opinions and polls do not necessarily reflect fact or t***h.

So believe wh**ever it is that you want to believe, but the ACA is the law, it will not be repealed, it may be modified and there is nothing conservatives can do but whine, cry and complain.

Meanwhile, we will continue to point out every ACA success that the fools at faux and fat limburg and conservatives either overlook, or lie about.

And that's the way it is

Now let me see your research on conservative sites or sources that say it is working. There aren't any but the above links are mostly to Liberal sources who say it is NOT working as anticipated. So, now it's your turn. But you won't because all you do is spew liberal venom and rhetoric.

Where are the links that show it is working? You said to post proof and I did. Where is your proof. You can discount wh**ever you want but these were liberal sites that support Obama and they say it is failing. Face it dude, it is a failure and even the Democrats know it and if you can't admit it then you are just a stubborn fool with no logical thoughts. Just radical left wingnut.

Read Jonathan Gruber in the LA Times. I already posted it under a different topic.

Give up trying to prove that you or your opinion is worth anything more than just your opinion.

Pay attention, even if it hurts that occluded brain of yours.

The GOAL is the let people without insurance have the opportunity to BUY insurance.

The fools at faux jumped on the number 7 million during the open enrollment period. The goal reached is 40%.

By the end of the first year, the total will be 10-12 million.

This is NOT A ONE YEAR PLAN, just like Medicare and Medicaid. People sign up EVERY YEAR. Most renew, some die, some new join.

Why are facts so hard for you to grasp?

The main reason for more people not signing up, is the i***t REPUBLICAN governors who have refuse to set up stte exchanges, denying millions of people easy, local access.

If the reason for this whole fiasco was simply to let people buy insurance than that is the epitome of stupid. The 200 million dollar web site could have paid for the people with pre existing conditions and everyone else can call their local insurance agent and get wh**ever they want.

I have been a member of this site for about a month now. In that time BoAsshole has demonstrated himself to be a dullard.

95% of his posts are name calling and nothing more. 4.9% are on topic, but are only his opinion, with no supporting fact or source, and more name calling. 0.1% are on topic, with some far left wing opinion blog as a source, but no data, and more name calling.

BoAsshole is not intelligent enough make a good, sourced argument. At least a guy like MartyFuffman cobbles together some excerpts from independent source material. Of course his stuff is out of date and proven wrong through the prism of history.

So don't look for BoAsshole to respond with anything other that vitriolic rhetoric and name calling. I just play with his mind because it is so easy and fun.

Correction. $634,000,000 million dollar website, contracted through a no bid contract to a company run by a college friend of Moochelle. I have heard interviews with two gentlemen who own companies that have successfully built large retail websites. Both said the could have built this website, had it running, included security measures not provided with Pookiecare, and done it for under $1,000,000.

I saw an interview with some professional in the medical underwriting business. He said we could buy insurance policies for the 10 - 12 million Americans who can not afford coverage, plus create a pool of money to treat everyone wjth pre-existing conditions and it would cost $500 billion over ten years. What is the ten year cost of Pookiecare now estimated at, $3 trillion? $4 trillion?

This plan would cover every one that still won't be covered by Pookiecare. It won't cost 2.3 million full time jobs. It won't fkrce 120,000,000 Americans out of the insurance plans and away from the doctors they like. It is a win, win, win, win.

Of course we are allowing ourselves to be drug into an argument that should never be. The federal government has zero Constitutional authority to be involved in Americans healthcare, in any capacity.

It amazes me just how little you know. Try doing some research before opening your pie hole. The fact is the woman's plan was a limited plan to $25,000 per year in treatment costs. It is known as a "mini-med" and is not a major medical plan, that is why it is so cheap.
The article referenced is also an ACA spin site. The fact is if the drugs she is required to have aren't on the "formulary" list, they will not be covered and won't even count toward the deductible of her health insurance plan under ACA. Guess what, a large number of the most expensive drugs are not on the formulary list and will not be paid for. This will amount to many thousands of dollars per year and won't count toward the deductible of her ACA plan.
So, nether story is completely accurate and is spun to suit the author's political agenda.

For every success, there are a 100 failures and horror stories. It may CURRENTLY be the law of the land, but laws can be changed. Let's see what happens after the mid-terms. If it isn't changed, look for more people without healthcare, healthcare costs increasing, loss of doctors, long wait times, increased job losses, rationed care, and Obamacare taking bigger and bigger bites out of the budget.

You know, only low information v**ers, and morons, could support this horrific legislation. How does it feel to be in the minority, because close to 70% of the population oppose the law.

I don't know if you are familiar with Dr. Ben Carson. He makes the point that setting up health savings accounts instead of wasting money on web sites would be much more effective than this insurance s**m and also solve the problem of pre existing conditions. If you have a health savings account you pay for treatment from the accout. You do not have the complication of the third party and arguing over wether it is pre existing or if it is a coverd treatment.
I don't believe that Obama care ever had the intent of helping anyone.
Good

It's about time that the fools at faux, fat limburg and the conservativeteapartyrepublicans stop lying about the ACA.

A woman with lupus bemoans the fact that her old plan only was costing her $57.00/mo. and was "perfect". And that is where her lie unravels.

After actually investigating, the "perfect plan" was a s**m that could have put the woman into bankruptcy.

The big mouth opponents of the ACA must have some ulterior motive that benefits them. Why else would they not want more citizens to have better insurance coverage?

That is a relatively minor infraction(lie) as compared to the Pres's whopper "you can keep your present policy if you want to!!!! The biggest screw up of the ACA is that it was passed without most of Congress and the Senate even reading it. How the heck can you v**e for any piece of legislation without reading it first, especially something as complex as the ACA. There are still hidden parts of it leaking out bits at a time.

Where are the 30 million poor who should be battering down the doors to get their free health care?
