I agree. COS should tackle how to secure Representation. This would be a total rewrite of Article One. I believe that people should describe themselves to the Government. This could be done by signing up with a group or organization that agrees with your beliefs, your work, your associations, and your needs. Four houses of Congress could represent all entities.
