I've seen no stories posted recently. Most from 2012, first half of 2013. I'll keep looking, but I'm skeptical.
Then again, DHS is hardly a democratic institution. The "Homeland security" part reminds me of "the Fatherland" babble from various f*****t thugs throughout history. I'd put little beyond them.
But I still put my faith in incompetence of the government rather than the government's ability to carry out a conspiracy. And I'm rarely disappointed.
