No Sir, I said it that way trying not to be a hypocrite. My statement in and of itself accurately says that I definitely, dislike, distrust, disagree with anything and everything Muslim. They bring nothing to the table and have nothing to contribute in my opinion. The world in general and this country in particular would be a much more peaceful place without them.

I am sorry that your view prevents you from seeing the danger immediately in front of you. I would conclude by saying that you have my sympathy for your inadequacy, but you neither want nor need it. This is the end of our discussion, nothing more needs to be said, by either of us.

Nothing more needs to be said, huh? As long as YOU have the last word of giving me "sympathy for [my] inadequacy". LOL!

You did not know what the word bigot means (and it still looks like you never bothered to look it up).

You are expressing bigotry by your blanket condemnation of a fourth of the world's population who disagree with your religious viewpoints. I do not disagree with you at all that there are extremists within Islam who wish us harm, and we better damn well keep our guard up to prevent another 9-11 type attack. Millions of Muslims have been living peacefully in America for decades, at least. You probably weren't even aware of them before 9-11 because, believe it or not, they tend to be a quiet, gentle type of people. I get pissed at them for not stopping the extremists among them, but I realize that they are as much victims of the extremists as we are, and there is little they can do. I will condemn the extremists just as vehemently as you do, but I will not condemn that entire religion as you do.

Then you know very little, or nothing, about their 'religion'.

And you, apparently, know even less. You must not know any Muslims at all.

I am certainly no Muslim, in fact I'm Jewish. Why would anybody say anything insulting about another religion? Different religions emphasize different things. I may be disappointed, even shocked when a person of another faith liables my religion, but I would never do violence to that person. Islam is different, at least for many of its believers. This has been described as a clash of cultures. President Obama is trying to do away with an important source of conflict. He isn't forbidding freedom of speech, just giving sage advise. Lets face it, there are a lot of people all over the world that have real problems with Islam. Obama is trying to cool off the environment of hatred and religious intolerance.

It would seem that Obama loves Islam so much that he is against anyone living that is against Islam. That is after all how Islam feels about anyone that is against it. You either join or die, there is not much in between. So, if Obama is not a Muslim, then why is it that he is telling the UN that no one should be talking bad about Islam.

" In every country, there are those who find different religious beliefs threatening; in every culture, those who love freedom for themselves must ask how much they are willing to tolerate freedom for others.

That is what we saw play out the last two weeks, as a crude and d********g video sparked outrage throughout the Muslim world. I have made it clear that the United States government had nothing to do with this video, and I believe its message must be rejected by all who respect our common humanity.

The future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam."

"in every culture, those who love freedom for themselves must ask how much they are willing to tolerate freedom for others."
Now this little part right here will tell you the future of American and what he truly feels about freedom. They love freedom for themselves, but cannot tolerate it for others. Now that is really nice. He wants all those freedoms, but is against anyone else having any. In other words, he is a wanna be dictator. This shows in his actions at times and his willingness to bend or trample on our Constitution.

A cherry-picked sentence out of context, of course, just as with the president's "You didn't build it." Politics as usual. Spin it.

Exactly! And there's really not much choice other than to find ways to coexist on this planet with them. I'm not sure what those who foment h**e against Muslims want ... WW III? They make up almost a fourth of the world's population, so that's what it would take.

Why not, instead, embrace the good, mainstream Muslims and get them on the side of the rest of the world to eradicate the vermin?

The vermin are a relatively small number of uneducated, backward people without gainful employment being led by a handful of educated, power-hungry elites who brainwash them into hating all infidels and making them believe they are engaged in a religious war (while convincing them that 72 virgins await them in the hereafter). Why not try turning them around and bringing them into the 21st century?

You are firmly ensconced in your own little dream world CWO. It is time to awaken and see the world as it really is.

Have you nothing to add to the topic other than to emerge from your hole and sling invectives at me? Don't you realize that it just makes you look stupid? If you want to argue with me, that's fine. I would be happy to engage. But I don't think you have the ability to do anything other than spew your bulls**t.

I bet you are another one who has never met a Muslim. You've proven yourself from all of your comments to be nothing more than a bigot. The taint of bigotry permeates everything you write.

I will concur. My Conservative, according to you, BS is of a much better quality than your Liberal Progressive brand of BS.

I'm a bigot towards Islam, and don't deny it. The bigness of bigotry permeates any post I'm on about Islam.

Gotcha'. My son-in-law is a devout, practicing Muslim from Iran. (But don't call it Iran in his presence, he prefers 'Persia'.)

Is he a jihadist? I doubt that he is, so why can't you see him as an example of a peace-loving Muslim? Why condemn a fourth of the world's population?
