I am for the most part happy with Win 10. I ran my XP machine until it was ready to give up the ghost. I always have dealt with one shop. They built my last few computers. I have customers with WIN 7 and I can deal with it. I have WIN 8 on a tablet that I use mostly as a camera and picture and video viewer. I despise WIN 8. I find it impossible , almost, to move files around to where I want them. I am always losing pictures and videos. When I accepted that XP was no longer an option I went to my puter shop and said to the young guy in charge, " hey I h**e WIN 8 and loved XP, what can you do for me? " The old guys who used to own the shop had retired. Well the young guy said that he deals with relics such as myself and said he could customize 10 to look and feel like XP. So far other than my browsers going wacky from time to time I can live with WIN 10.

Well, alright! I tried to make friends with Windows 8, never going to happen. I had heard there was a way to make Windows 10 behave more like Windows 7 but that''s as much as I know. Glad it's working out for you.

I need reliable and simple. This guy set up 10 so I can d**g and drop, copy and paste, and it doesn't lose files like WIN 8.1 on my tablet likes to do. It doesn't do things I don't tell it to do like 8. 8 had to have been invented by a guy like my son in law.
