Pulfnick-you may be premature on this one. The foreign relations committtee headed by Sen. Corker voted 19 to 0 to require congressional approval of any deal with Iran. They are still working on a framework for a deal but nothing is in final form as yet. If a deal were crafted and it proves to be favorable to the USA the Mullahs will refuse it.
The only way a deal passes in Iran is if Kerry/Obama sell us out and such a deal should not pass in congress. Republicans have 54 seats in the Senate so even if the 2/3 requirement is eliminated they still have the majority. Do you know of any republican in the Senate who favors this deal ? I am not aware of any but could have missed one or two. Lifting the sanctions would be the stupidest thing we could do as they could not be re-imposed without negotiations that would take months if not years. If the republican senate were to allow such an event they will find themselves in the minority in short order. Progress has been made in the Senate now that Harry Reid is no longer the leader. He , however, remains a stumbling block which the republicans will have to endure. Good Luck America !!!

The Senate has constitutional (Article II, Section 2, Clause 2) responsibility to provide both advice to the President and approval by 2/3 of Senators on any treaty. However the Republican lead Senate, with Bob Corker (R), chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, as well as the doofless Lindsay Graham, just eliminated the 2/3 approval requirement to facilitate Obama's gift to Iran.

Now Comrade Obama has a pathway to lift all sanctions against Iran and let it develop the bomb - unless the Senate bothers to hold a vote against Obama's scheme and disapproves of it with 60 votes against. Is anybody naive enough to think the same people who were elected to get rid of Obamacare, reduce national debt, stop Obama's economic destruction, etc, will fight him on letting Iran get an atomic bomb now??

Finally... Congressman Laying The Groundwork For Obama's Impeachment!

Oh yes, it's for real. As a matter of fact, Breitbart is calling it "the most aggressive move toward impeachment by any House Republican" to date.

Congressman Ted Yoho (R-FL) is about to introduce a resolution that will move the ball forward when it comes to the impeachment of Barack Hussein Obama. According to Yoho: "We are laying a red line. This is the Rubicon. They are forewarned: do not cross this line."

And here's the bottom line... If patriotic Americans, like you, start flooding Congress with faxes and calls — right now — Washington WILL stand up and take notice... but if you do nothing, Yoho's impeachment resolution will die an unceremonious death.

It really is that simple and the time for choosing is upon you. The future of our great nation is in your hands. When it comes right down to it, whether or not Congress moves to impeach Barack Hussein Obama is up to you.


We're About To Cause A "Firestorm."

According to Breitbart, Yoho "anticipates [that] liberal commentators and Democrats will accuse the GOP of racism" for even daring to raise the subject of Barack Obama's impeachment in Congress, but he is ready.

"If people want to play the race card, and they will, that's their choice. If they want to play the political card – 'it's because he's a Democrat and you don't like him' – that's their choice. My job is to uphold the Constitution and I don’t care who the president is."

Yoho went on to say that Mr. Obama's Dictatorial Amnesty Decree was the straw that broke the camel's back. Yoho calls it a "blatant, in-your-face 'I'm above the law and I'm going to do what I want. I'm a dictator, I'm a king'" moment. and Yoho, for one, is no longer willing to simply sit back and accept Mr. Obama's dictatorial rule.

But Yoho is not the only one who believes that Mr. Obama crossed the Rubicon when he issued his Imperial Amnesty Decree.

Back in November, patriotic Americans, like you, started sending faxes to Washington demanding that Congress move to impeach Barack Hussein Obama should he move forward with his extra-constitutional Amnesty Decree and make no mistake, it was your calls and faxes that changed the dialogue in Washington... your actions made what is happening now possible... and the action you take today can get the job done.

And now, each and every patriot reading this appeal must make a choice. Yoho has bravely placed his neck on the chopping block. Will you back his move? Or will you show him — by your lack of action — that doing what the American people want is a suicide move?


The Time To Jump On The Impeachment Train Is Upon Us... It Is Now.

Yoho claims that his resolution will list 11 different specific actions that fit the Constitution’s standard of "high crimes and misdemeanors," and many of those actions will apply directly to Barack Hussein Obama.

Among those specific actions are "failing to take care that the laws be faithfully executed through signing statements or systematic policies of non-enforcement" and "substituting executive agreements for treaties."

Quoting Yoho, Breitbart writes: "Other impeachable offenses would include initiating war without congressional authorization, spending funds in defiance of appropriations laws, and refusing to comply with congressional subpoenas for documents of testimony 'issued for a legitimate legislative purpose.'"

Yes, impeachment is a bold move, but Barack Obama has shown that he is not afraid to be bold. Congress must be just as bold and Yoho's resolution will lay the groundwork for bold moves that will lead to the removal of Barack Hussein Obama from office.

In Washington these days, lies are called truth and the truth is called bigotry and racism. A Great Depression is called an economic recovery. We are told that the only means of saving the middle class is to tax it into non-existence. Illegal aliens now have more rights than American citizens and the great pretender, who has usurped the White House, kowtows to the very Islamic terrorists who have vowed to destroy us.

The insanity must stop and there is only one way to cure the disease that is eating away at our country. There is only one way to reverse the Constitutional crisis that presently plagues us.

Barack Obama must NOT be given two years of dictatorial rule to achieve his dream of fundamentally transforming this nation. Obama must be removed. At the very least, he must be put in check and an overwhelming show of grassroots support to Congressman Ted Yoho's resolution is a way to make that happen.

The time to finally impeach Barack Hussein Obama is upon us... the time is now.

Sometimes it's the unknowns that can hurt you. The unknowns here are the patriotic officers who refuse to follow orders that go against their conscience.
