I think a simple meaning is very easy. It is any government employee who advocates the destruction of our Republic as it was intended. That others with either money or influence that support the employees agenda should be included. My question is ...why has no one tried to use any of the Sedition Acts passed by Congress?

One thing about scientific principles there is a difference between theory and scientific fact. Global warming is not a fact but...a theory is a topic that cannot be proved and cannot be repeatedly demonstrated. The scientific community does not take into account theories or debates and then issue a statement of fact without the ability to prove it by demonstration. When the atom bomb was being developed the scientific guesses ranged from nothing will happen to the very air will ignite and destroy the world. But they set it off anyway. In early 1956 I graduated from meteorology school in the Air Force. even back then most of the science in the field was a guess based on prior observations. Today they are still making a guess.

So tell me how President Trump's remarks or actions that are shown here differ from those that told me (a disabled veteran) I was deplorable?

It depends on who you ask about your questions. The usual reply will go something like this...When industry builds something new people get the item(s). Eventually there becomes too much being made and not enough buyers. Now war is the great remover both of people and equipment. after a few years there is another peace period and the machine of industry again moves into gear and we prosper. Right now we are closing on too much in our society (global society) and there are too many people in the world to sustain. At our present rate of growth there will be within the next 500 years one person for every three foot square on the planet. It is unfortunate that the leading minds cannot find an answer to this growth. So far the answer to food problems is GMOs. It will not be long before age will dictate if you live or die. I don't mean of old age I mean if you are young enough to give to society. If you cannot continue to give then you must leave. We are closer than a lot of people realize. But meanwhile war is the answer by those who can cause it but not fear it.

From what I have read some Americans put a bounty on Indians. Was your ancestor one of them? I don't know if mine were and could not care less. It was not me nor did it affect me. It may have been in-humane but it was the legal and accepted thing to do at that period of history. The same thing about the war between the North and South. IT IS HISTORY and it has no effect on you as you are not a slave nor a slave owner. People do things in history and learn from them but if you try to remove it from history it may be repeated and that may be what takes place after this part of history is erased.

Before I ask my questions of you readers I want to state I am a disabled Vietnam Sniper Instructor. But that statement is just to let you know I did some research into the war after my return. If you recall the actual escalation of the war was done by President Johnson. It was supposed to be because of an incident in the Gulf of Tonkin. There was supposed to have been a second incident and Johnson was given the authority to help any South East Asian country from being taken over by the Communist. However, Both McNamara and Johnson made tapes that basically said both were lies but were the reasons for the raid on North Vietnam by the Intruder aircraft. If you get a chance try and find a place to listen to both tapes they will enlighten you to politics.

I have no problem with this but I do have a couple about creation. First the "Big Bang" where did the "stuff" that was in the first bang come from? Now if all this stuff contains everything known and unknown (dark matter comes to mind) and everything is still expanding what is it expanding into? So far I have not heard any science persons make any comment about that part. So as you have said "The universe requires a Creator. Nothing else makes any sense."

To my fellow Vietnam military friends...I am an old DAV and need to ask if you have listened to the "Johnson Tapes" about Vietnam? If not try and find a copy to listen to and add McNamara's tapes also. They will make you mad as hell for all the lies they fed to the American Public.

Hi...I also did not attend college until after my military service (18+ years). I think many high school grads should first get out and see how the real world works before college. To me the country made a mistake when they removed the draft.

I will ask President Trump to that and publish it the same day Obama releases his school records and a legal birth certificate.

I also live in WA and know for a fact the Governor is breaking the law and so is the Mayor of Seattle. As a matter of actual law please go to this on Google. Section 8 USC 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv)(b)(iii) this states that no one is exempt. Further...this law applies to the police of the state...Subsection 1324(c) of Title 8 specifically authorizes state and local officers "whose duty it is to enforce criminal laws" to make arrests for violations of 8 U.S.C. § 1324. There is also a general federal statute which authorizes certain local officials to make arrests for violations of federal statutes, 18 U.S.C. § 3041. The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals has held that 18 U.S.C. § 3041 authorizes those local officials to issue process for the arrest, to be executed by law enforcement officers. See United States v. Bowdach, 561 F.2d 1160, 1168 (5th Cir. 1977).
Rule 4(a)(1) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure provides that an arrest warrant "shall be executed by a marshal or by some other officer authorized by law." The phrase, "some other officer," includes state and local officers. Bowdach, supra.
Section 439 of the Antiterrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act of 1996 added a new 8 U.S.C. § 1252c which provides that notwithstanding any other provision of law, to the extent permitted by relevant State and local law, State and local law enforcement officials are authorized to arrest and detain an individual who (1) is an alien illegally present in the United States; and (2) has previously been convicted of a felony in the United States and deported and left the United States after such conviction, but only after the State or local law enforcement officials obtain appropriate confirmation from the Immigration and Naturalization Service of the status of such individual and only for such period of time as may be required for the Service to take the individual into federal custody for purposes of deporting or removing the alien from the United States. An employer has constructive knowledge that an employee is an illegal unauthorized worker if a reasonable person would infer it from the facts. Constructive knowledge constituting a violation of federal law has been found where (1) the I-9 employment eligibility form has not been properly completed, including supporting documentation, (2) the employer has learned from other individuals, media reports, or any source of information available to the employer that the alien is unauthorized to work, or (3) the employer acts with reckless disregard for the legal consequences of permitting a third party to provide or introduce an illegal alien into the employer's work force. Knowledge cannot be inferred solely on the basis of an individual's accent or foreign appearance.
Actual specific knowledge is not required. For example, a newspaper article stating that ballrooms depend on an illegal alien work force of dance hostesses was held by the courts to be a reasonable ground for suspicion that unlawful conduct had occurred.
Pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1304(e), aliens are issued registration cards and must carry such cards with them at all times. Aliens who gain entry without the requisite inspection, and who therefore are not issued such cards, violate 8 U.S.C. § 1325. Consequently, a law enforcement officer confronting an alien who is unable to produce documentation arguably has probable cause to believe that a violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1304(e) (failure to possess documents or 8 U.S.C. § 1325(a) (entry without inspection) has occurred. (If the alien is undocumented and has been in the United States for longer than 30 days, he or she has also violated 8 U.S.C. § 1306(a)). These plainly show the people supporting the illegal alien to stay here is also guilty of criminal conspiracy under the RICO act and it is a felony to do so.
