Colleges and universities have and continue to provide free tuition and other amenities to illegals while denying free tuition to US citizens and permanent foreign residents and forced to pay out state tuition if applicable. Even the public K thru 12 schools that do not require payment because they are supported by local and state taxes primarily thru real estate taxes, state income taxes, and sales taxes. Since illegals pay no taxes except sales tax. With a modest income, sales taxes contribute very little to the revenues necessary to fund public schools thus the additional revenues necessary to provide education to illegals result in a higher tax burden for legal citizens. Legal residents and US citizens are being financially discriminated against in funding for education because they are not illegals.

It is interesting to note that if a Mexican citizen returns to Mexico with children born in the US (thus American citizens) The parents are required to pay for the education of the children even though the parents are Mexican citizens.

The original incident happened back in December of 2011.An a out-going prosecutor filed a legal motion for a trial based on recently discovered new evidence. The motion was granted and a trial was set. Was this motivated by future political aspirations of the DA since no new evidence was submitted for consideration? The defendant was not ruled innocent by the court but the prosecution was unable to prove any evidence of "beyond a shadow of doubt" of the defendant's guilt. All this ire, resentment and outrage of an alleged miscarriage of justice should be focused on the prosecution for their failure to provide sufficient evidence to render a guilty decision and not toward the judge nor the legal system. Perhaps the defendant was guilty but in our legal system the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty of which the prosecution was unable to prove.

My personal feelings:
I agree with the judge that a reasonable law enforcement officer could expect that a convicted heroin dealer, with an arrest warrant in a stolen car would have a gun in his possession and should take appropriate precautions. The incident was further inflamed when the suspect rammed the police cruiser and tried to run down a police officer. This is an assault with a deadly weapon against the police and the subject should have been shot then preventing a high speed chase that ensued thru a densely populated area endangering the lives of the innocent. The judge did not allow the criminal history or recent behavior to be entered into evidence nor the fact that a legal arrest warrant for several parole violations to be entered as evidence so as not to taint his verdict. For me this is important as it goes to determine the real value of this individual to society and the local community. The only facts entered into evidence related to the shooting incident. Why should BLM or the Left protest, commit bodily injury to police and destruction of property plus interfere with the lives of those not involved by attempting to close highways and destroy retail stores just for the loss of life of a convicted heroin dealer and car thief only because the suspect was a racial minority?

When we allow emotions, social commentary to determine our constitutional rights to a fair trial and our guilt or innocence determined by the uninformed public opinion festered by the media and the presumption of innocence is threatened. You may be the next innocent citizen found guilty for a crime that you did not commit.

The black community should pay reparation to those families whose ancestors that were killed in the Union army fighting to eliminate slavery and freedom for Blacks.

Government involvement in the abortion question is misplaced. Abortions have been legal since 1973 thus abortions are an ethical question. If you feel that abortions are unethical then why are your tax dollars used to fund abortions. If you are a supporter of abortions, why do you feel that the government should pay for them. Use the financial resources for real women health issues like breast or ovarian cancer. The issue has become blurred so that the voter that are against tax funded abortions are labeled as conservative pro lifers. The real question becomes a tax issue. Roe v Wade gives the legal right to obtain abortions but the judicial decision does not mandate who is to pay. Certainly overturning Roe v Wade would not end abortions but would certainly end federal payment. If the direct funding of Planned Parenthood and the indirect funding by Medicaid were to end it does not deny the right of a woman to have an abortion. For the financial disadvantaged, the supporters of abortion should contribute to a charitable organisation such as Planned Parenthood to help fund these abortions.Two people are responsible for pregnancy why should they be exempt from payment. We can then see if abortions can be funded by the strong supporters or are the supporting abortion on demand when other peoples bear the financial burden.

Please explain to me in simple terms why the "Russia, Russia, Russia" mantra is still being chanted by the Democrats and the Main Stream Media. If it is true that Putin and the Russian government interfered and colluded to get Donald Trump elected, then the American people should be grateful. Putin and the Russian have helped strengthened our economy and the military beyond what has been possible in the last 10 years. I finally have begun to understand the liberal mindset. The liberal mindset is far more complex than just a political ideology. The liberal mindset is much more primitive and base than mental or intellectual concepts.

Liberal love victims. They will support anyone or anything they see as a victim whether it is real or unreal. This gives them that warm "feel good" emotion of self worthiness. It is difficult for non-liberals to understand why their choices and actions seem so bizarre. The liberals only want that warm "feel good" emotion regardless of who get hurt. Logic, common decency, truth and justice become over ridded by the need for that "feel good" emotion when giving support to the alleged victim.

An example of this is Kathy Griffin and Reality Winner. Kathy Griffin posed with a vile picture of a bloody beheaded President Trump. Most people were offended by her lack of civility and sense of decency. As a result it ruined her career as a comedic entertainer. She tried to apologize but got no immediate feed back from either the public or her sponsors. In less that 48 hours after the apology, she claimed that she was a victim of the entire Trump family’s ire and they were the reason that her career was ruined. She staked out her claim on victim hood and started getting support by the liberals. She claims now that the photograph is a freedom of speech statement and is protected by the Constitution. Now she has tons of money pouring in from liberals because she is now a self defined victim.

Reality Winner is the source of leaks from the NSA. Most decent American believe that this is treason and she should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. But now she has become a victim and thousands of dollars are being raised thru a gofundme account for her legal defense. Another famous victim was Michel Brown of Ferguson fame. The liberal’s support resulted in millions of dollars of property damage, looting, destruction of local business, and the end of a policeman’s career in law enforcement. Michael Brown’s mother got an expense paid trip to Geneva on our tax dollars because she and her family were victims of a proven justified shooting of her son.
How many times have we heard that a criminal should not be fully prosecuted and given leniency because he/she was a VICTIM of an abusive childhood. broken home, crime ridden neighborhood, sexual abuse, and the list goes on.

A liberal government is motivated by the “feel good” emotion of providing a service to the weak, the disabled, those of unfortunate circumstances and the disenfranchised. Services provided by a liberal government are the services that provide the most satisfaction to program creators while ignoring the real needs and desires of the benefactors.


Liberals detest losers unless they are victims and then they are welcomed and rewarded. Winners are always detested and attacked with vitriol. When someone becomes a winner then someone must be a loser. How else can the concept of “participation trophies” be explained? Everyday we hand out “participation trophies” in the form of welfare, food stamps, free medical, and other benefits while the true winners are the one providing their financial support thru taxes while providing for themselves. Herman Cain and Ben Carson are derided because they did not play the “victim card” and overcame challenges and became winners by their own efforts. Their achievements are contrary to the liberal philosophy that disadvantaged individuals can not achieve success or a meaningful life without the help of liberal big government programs.

Playing the “victim card” certainly has its advantages. The “victim card” reduces the burden of self imposed wrong doings and frees the individual of full responsibility for the actions taken and shifts the blame elsewhere.

Perhaps this can help explain the totally obtuse political atmosphere in America today. Hillary Clinton clearly lost the presidential election with less than 15% of all counties in the country voting in her favor. Yet she still goes on and on and still curries some favors from her liberal supporters. She was the loser but rather accept the obvious she plays the “victim card.” At last count there were more than 26 organizations, agencies, powerful people (Including Obama) including the New York Times and the Washington Post and the main stream media that she claims were responsible for her loss. This is why the liberals and the liberal media are still hanging on to the “Russian Collaboration” without a shred of evidence and are nit picking at every thing they can to discredit Trump to validate the latest “victim”

Higher education at our Universities has become a oxymoron. The University administrations "bubble wrap" their students to protect them from individual thoughts, concepts, or different viewpoints. "Safe Spaces" are found only in the academic environment and not found in any working career setting. The loss of freedom of speech and the loss of the freedom of expression of new ideas are a major facet of the "bubble wrap" protection of a university campus. Instead of achieving the tools to cope with the inevitable "stings and prickles of an outrageous fortune” and the will of self determination for individual success, universities are creating a path to failure justified by becoming a victim thus escaping full responsibility. The only career path that they are prepared for is to be an academic at a liberal university.

Government will provide support for only 6 months until they can speak, understand English, and pass a test on the US Constitution in English. State Dept. Redacts Big Chunks of $22.8 Mil Contract to Resettle Muslim Refugees

The U.S. government spends billions of dollars to “resettle” foreign nationals and transparency on how the money is spent depends on the agency involved. Judicial Watch has been investigating it for years, specifically the huge amount of taxpayer dollars that go to “voluntary agencies”, known as VOLAGs, to provide a wide range of services for the new arrivals. Throughout the ongoing probe Judicial Watch has found a striking difference on how government lawyers use an exemption, officially known as (b)(4), to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) to withhold records. All the cases involve public funds being used to resettle foreigners on U.S. soil and Americans should be entitled to the records.

The (b)(4) exemption permits agencies to withhold trade secrets and commercial or financial information obtained from a person which is privileged or confidential. Depending on the government agency and the mood of the taxpayer-funded lawyers handling public records requests, that information is exempt from disclosure. In these cases, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) disclosed a VOLAG contract to resettle tens of thousands of Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) that entered the U.S. through Mexico under the Obama administration while the State Department withheld large portions of a one-year, $22.8 million deal to resettle refugees from Muslim countries. Most of the UACs came from El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala and the Obama administration blamed the sudden surge on violence in the three central American nations. The agency responsible for resettling the minors and issuing contracts for the costly services is HHS.

As a result of Judicial Watch’s work HHS furnished records with virtually nothing redacted. Disclosed were employee salaries of VOLAGs contracted by the agency to provide services for the illegal immigrant minors, the cost of laptops, big screen TVs, food, pregnancy tests, “multicultural crayons” and shower stalls for the new arrivals. The general contract was to provide “basic shelter care” for 2,400 minors for a period of four months in 2014. This cost American taxpayers an astounding $182,129,786 and the VOLAG contracted to do it was government regular called Baptist Children and Family Services (BCFS). The breakdown includes charges of $104,215,608 for UACs at Fort Sill, Oklahoma and an additional $77,914,178 for UACs at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas.

HHS rightfully provided all sorts of details in the records, including the cost of emergency surge beds ($104,215,608) for just four months; food for the illegal alien minors and staff ($18,198,000); medical supplies such as first aid kits, latex gloves, lice shampoo and pregnancy tests ($1,120,400); recreation items such as board games, soccer balls and jump ropes ($180,000); educational items like art paper and multicultural crayons ($180,000); laptops ($200,000) and cellphones ($160,000). Hotel accommodations for the BCFS staff was $6,765,000, the records show, and the salary for a 30-member “Incident Management Team” was $2,648,800, which breaks down to $88,293 per IMT member for the four-month period. It was outrageous that the Obama administration spent nearly $200 million of taxpayer funds to provide illegal alien children with the types of extravagant high-tech equipment and lavish benefits many American families cannot even afford for their own children.

This has become a heated issue for the government which may explain why other agencies aren’t as forthcoming in providing specific figures, thus abusing the (b)(4) exemption. The State Department, for instance, redacted huge portions of records involving contracts with VOLAGs to resettle refugees from mostly Muslim countries. The files illustrate the disparate redaction treatment given by different government agencies to the same types of records. The State Department paid a VOLAG called United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) a ghastly $22,838,173 in one year to resettle refugees that came mostly from Muslim countries. Unlike HHS, the agency redacted information related to what the USCCB charged the government for things like furniture, personnel, equipment and other costs associated with contracts to resettle refugees. Why did one government agency hand over the same types of records that another agency claims are trade secrets? Judicial Watch is challenging the State Department’s (b)(4) exemption and will provide updates as they become available.

HHS and the State Department work with nine VOLAGs to resettle refugees and the voluntary agencies have hundreds of contractors they like to call “affiliates.” It’s a huge racket that costs American taxpayers monstrous sums and Judicial Watch is working to pinpoint the exact amount. Besides BCFS and USCCB, other VOLAGs with lucrative government gigs to resettle refugees are: Church World Service, Ethiopian Community Development Council, Episcopal Migration Ministries, Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society, International Rescue Committee, U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants, Lutheran Immigration Refugee Services and World Relief Corporation.

Now I have to be honest. I have not eaten at a fast food restaurant or take out in well over 15 years but somehow I have been able to survive.

And the only ones left will Americans and true
American immigrants

If you are unhappy with your salary, why are you still working there? You are free to apply for other jobs that have higher pay. That is the only way that wages will rise if no one applies for the job. You should assume the responsibility for choices about education and career training. When a "lone wolf" commits an act of terrorism and the family or the terrorist are immigrants, they should all be deported ,regardless of citizenship status, back to their country of origin. I am sickened by the excuse by law enforcement to that they are impotent to stop "lone wolf" terrorist. Why is the remainder of the immediately family allowed to stay in the US?

Justification : By allowing or supporting a member of the family to become a terrorist, they are indirectly responsible. The family has not assimilated to the values of America by ignoring, not teaching, and not supporting our western values. The family has not assumed any responsibly for the safety of the American population. The wife of the Orlando shooter did not shoot anyone but was never held accountable and was allowed to stay in the US. Later she was convicted of another crime while living in another state. The family of the San Bernadino terrorist had ample knowledge and evidence to stop the attack if only they had alerted law enforcement. The family who said nothing to stop the carnage are equally guilty and do not deserve to live in America. They should be deported and allowed to take with them all that they can carry. All other assets should be sold and the proceeds of the sale to be used for financial support for the family of the victims.

This is an incentive for the immigrant family to report any suspected terrorist activity. How many lives could be saved by making the immediate family assume responsibility and the loyalty to this country. If they are not loyal to America, we are all better off if they are living back in their country of origin.

A shout out to a father in St Charles Missouri. He discovered that his 17 year old son had several guns, ammo and bomb making material hid and stored in the basement. He notified law enforcement and the son was taken into custody. His vigilance and courage saved perhaps many lives. All the material seized from the basement were all stolen. No national news coverage of this arrest as it should have been.

My grandson lived in Donetsk Ukraine. He was a recent high school graduate and graduated with the highest academic record in the region. At age 17 he passed the Cambridge University English proficiency exam and also is proficient with the German language. Russian and Ukrainian are his native languages as well so he has language proficiency in four languages. His home and his school was destroyed in the shooting war between the Russians, the rebels (DNR) and the Ukrainian government military. He wanted to come to the US to study computer engineering. We helped him make all the college and university applications and was accepted here in the US. He (we) was required to pay $200 for and interview at the US embassy to get a student visa to attend a school in which he was already accepted and all fees including tuition were already paid by us. His request was denied because he did not have a police criminal clearance. His home is in the middle of a war zone and the town was under control of lawless rebels. His uncle knew an official and paid a large bribe to get a document stating the he did not have a criminal record or was under investigation for criminal activity. Another $200 was necessary for a second interview at the US embassy. He was denied a visa because he had relatives living in the US and the US embassy was afraid that he may apply for immigration status and he also could also qualify as a refugee living in a war zone.

He is now beginning his 3rd year at the Kiev Institute of Aeronautical Engineering and has the best academic record in his class. Regardless or whether he is a relative or not, it is still an unjust and discriminatory system, The US immigration service allows immigrants and refugees with no paperwork, no job skills, little education and cannot speak English to come to the US while we provide for free healthcare, education, housing. food and a green card. I was required to pay for a health exam, test for HIV and TB,immunization record, the embassy interview, criminal record, tax clearance, the visa fee plus several hundred dollars for a temporary green card for my wife and another $275 dollars after two years for a permanent resident card, still there is a $375 fee to the USCIS to apply for US citizenship.

Yet Obama and the Democrats hand out immigrant and refugee status like penny candy with none of the requirements or fees that are required for European countries under the guise of humanitarian responsibility.

The grandson remains in school in Kiev while working part time for a company that specializes in cyber-security. What a waste of talent for the US!!!!
