IMHO: If the USA comes out of this virus with only 200,000 deaths from COVID-19 we should all cheer. That's only 0.053 percent of the population, which is statistically insignificant, a tempest in a teapot. I feel sorry for those families who suffered deaths due to the virus, but overall the USA is doing quite well, and I hope we can keep it up. From what I see in various stores where I've gone into, myself gagged and gloved, only about 50 percent of the customers are bothering to protect themselves or others with a mask or gloves, which is rather selfish of them as well as being reckless and uncooperative with little to no common sense or consideration for others.

I have little fear of death or the virus even though at my age I am at greater risk, but then, I won't stand in front of a tree that is being cut down. If the virus gets me, it gets me, and that's OK, but I will continue to wear my mask and gloves rather than trying to maintain foolish and selfish macho status. After all, seeing me masked and gloved makes others feel better.

Don’t see how you can say that with a straight face. Everything Trumps done has been backed by science. The science and the models are constantly changing but the trouble with you and your ilk Is you only see two choices. Either stay at home until a vaccine is produced. Even though the average time to develop a workable vaccine is about five years. Or, open up the economy and everyone go back to work. There is a third choice. Spend most resources protecting the most vulnerable and let each state open it’s economy as they see fit. People are going to die from this virus. People Can also die from loss of income and freedoms Just basing your decision on science is stupid. Economics happen to be as important as science right now.

These "murder hornets" seem to be nothing more than the Japanese Hornets that have plagued NC, SC, and GA for I don't know how many years. The behavior is the same, and they are about the same size. One more thing... they hurt like HELL when they sting you.They also attack and destroy honeybee hives which puts them on my doo-doo list. Bees in this country are having a hard enough time as it is; especially here in the Southeast. I had to get rid of a nest of those bastards once. I thought it was cold enough that they wouldn't react to the poison I sprayed. I was wrong.
