Many third and fourth parties have come and gone. Within the two parties there are enough separate factions to fill at least those seven parties you mentioned.
Every time a group splinters away from either large party all they do is hand power over to the enemy. What was Ross Perot, but a failed third party failure who handed the White House over to the Democrats. Look at the much smaller Ralph Nader Green Party who probably gave Bush the win in Florida.
Your seven parties, if you could form them, would soon be swallowed up and destroyed by the big two. Besides the two third parties I mentioned the Green and the Reform Parties, you have the Libertarian, the Constitution Party, the National Law Party, and the Communist party.
Even if you could get a President from one of those parties, he would have no help in Congress.
