we CANNOT respond to them with violence, other than for self defense if attacked. YES there SHOULD be an investigation but NOT by the FBI as was just ordered by the President. First off the FBI only investigates FEDERAL crimes. It does NOT investigate local crimes. And the false accusation against Judge Kavanaugh was a local police matter. Also, the FBI has now been openly PROVEN to be under leftist political control and far too political.

Even though such an investigation would not fall under THEIR duties because they primarily investigate fugitives, the U.S. Marshals service or even the DHS COULD perform an investigation into allegations made by a contrived accuser about something she “claimed” occurred 36 years ago. BOTH of these agencies have investigative teams.

However … if such an investigation is to be done then it SHOULD be a TOTALLY COMPLETE investigation with the end result being CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY INDICTMENTS filed against ALL involved. Indicting the fraudulent accusers as well as ANY AND ALL attorneys AND POLITICIANS involved in the conspiracy. NOT just those making false claims of sexual assault.

This nation just went through the most PATHETIC display of leftist partisanship since the communist left acquired political power in this country. The nomination for SCOTUS hearing for Judge Brett Kavanaugh to be placed into the Supreme Court seat being vacated by Justice Kennedy. A SCOTUS judge that Kavanagh actually clerked for before he himself was placed into the second highest court in this nation.

From the very start of the entire hearing process the communist left filled the public gallery with their extremely mentally deficient loonies. Screaming every sort of obscenity imaginable and they even had some clowns just stand there dressed in some type of costumes which I guess represent some movie of some kind. Because the left is motivated 100% by emotion and the media controls that emotion, and the movie industry is a major part of the media. So they had to be depicting a movie.

The hearing itself though was not the Most Pathetic part of that circus.

WHY there was even a hearing to begin with makes no sense at all. The left already publicly stated that they were totally against Kavanaugh solely because he was nominated for the SCOTUS by the very first ever actual people’s choice for president who believes in and wants to see the constitution of this nation UPHELD. Kavanaugh is just a figure who to the left actually represents President Trump. And the left’s frothing at the mouth hatred of the people’s president knows no bounds. THAT degree of hatred has never been seen in this country before. They THOUGHT the 2016 election had been effectively rigged in their favor, but President Trump and the American people proved otherwise. That election brought the left’s dreams of unstoppable corruption and the resulting quick end of America almost to a screeching halt. They have not been able to come to grips with their loss ever since the night the President won that election.

The final committee vote on Kavanaugh was known before the committee even convened. As such there was no reason to even have the hearing. They could have saved the American taxpayers a lot of money and just sent Kavanaugh’s name directly to the senate floor. But just as it was in the corruption days of Rome, the government likes to put on shows.

The REAL show however began when the hearing was ready to close.

On September 27, 2018 the entirety of this nation that actually cared enough to watch that hearing concerning Judge Kavanaugh and his phony “accuser”, were first hand witnesses to the greatest travesty of justice to have ever taken place in government since this nation became a nation.

AFTER the original hearing concerning Kavanaugh’s ability to be elevated to the SCOTUS was over; with the result ready to be sent to the full senate for voting; and totally unable to stop his approval based on his merits; FEINSTEIN, out of desperation in a last ditch effort claimed there was a letter written by someone somewhere who accused Judge Kavanaugh of “sexual assault”. A letter that she had been holding in reserve for nearly TWO MONTHS and was intended to be introduced ONLY if ALL other attempts to reject Kavanaugh’s approval failed. SHE and all those involved with her knew the allegations were false, but she wanted to be a “leftist hero” and stop the pending full senate vote from occurring until AFTER the midterm elections. Because the communist left thinks that their media is doing a sufficient job of getting the voters to give the left complete control of government again.

FEINSTEIN CLAIMED that the accuser wished to remain “anonymous”. When asked if she had any direct contact with the “anonymous accuser” she said no. She claimed to have received the letter indirectly from another politician in California. What FEINSTEIN “somehow” failed to remember was that SHE told the accuser WHICH lawyers to hire before the letter would be introduced to the judicial committee. THEN the “anonymous” accuser’s name was given to the leftist press. Quite probably by FEINSTEIN herself or at least through someone in her staff. Even though when accused of it she naturally denied it.

I grew up up a hard scrabble farm in a community of the same. We were all living season by season, crop to crop. No matter how bad it was for all, everyone would pull together, go to rice & beans, instead of beans & rice. Trust me, there is a difference. When you see hot buttered cornbread for breakfast instead of biscuits, you know times are not good. Cornbread pancakes are good, I still make them.

I don’t have the vocabulary to say things w/o offending someone, hope no one has to rush to their therapist. I learned early on that females, beast, or human were the most important part of nature. I grew up in the South, another strike against me, but I knew it was Steel Magnolias that rebuilt what was left after The War. I think it is a trait in all women who live close to nature. My mother & a mother off a MidWest farm would have had more in common than she ever had w/ city wives. I watched my mother eat two three bites, say she just wasn’t hungry, put her food back in the pot, hoping Daddy would eat when he got in from the fields. When I went to the fields, she was hoping both of us would eat. No mention was ever made the next day that we had leftovers from the day before.

I was raised to respect all women, insulting my mother was understood to be a killing offense. The adjectives used flagrantly today would all fall in the same category. If you saw a woman being abused, did not matter what was going on, you got it the middle of it. Sometimes it ended up w/ you having a problem but you did it anyway.

I got my first taste of radical feminism in 1972. It was on the first TOSHA inspection ever made in TN. The owner of the plant asked me to be there because I installed & serviced all his manufacturing equipment. We had our introductory meeting, reviewed the paperwork & started into the manufacturing area. I turned off the car went over to his, snatched door open & suggested if he were a real man, try me on for size. When he got straightened up out of the car & I was looking at his Adam’s Apple, I knew I had a problem. He was already in mean mode. I went country, long story short, I ended up in jail, facing 20 years for “Mayhem on a human body.” I made bond went to see the woman in the hospital, gave her my card & asked her to call me everyday to let me know how she was doing. When it came time for court, the Judge took me in his chambers for a chat. He asked me if I understood what 20 mandatory meant? I assured him I did, he told me the DA would accept a guilty plea to assault, serve 5. I told him I would not plead guilty to anything except not being able to kill that man before the cops pulled me off him. He asked, “You grew up on a farm, didn’t you?” I confessed. He said he did too, couldn’t say he would not consider the offer were he in my shoes, but hoped he would not. He told me my fate depended on the woman, he had seen a lot of women choose abuse.

I had a good lawyer, had gross pictures of the woman’s condition on multiple visits to hospitals, testimony about him dragging her out of a women’s shelter by her hair. The DA kept drawing attention to my mayhem victim in a big half laid back wheel chair contraption, still in casts, w/ one eye, pieces of ears, & some resemblance of a nose, no front teeth. During his questioning of the 4 arresting officers. He did everything he could to try to get one of them to say I had a weapon, hit one of them, that they were derelict in their duty to get me off. All they would say was I was determined not to be pulled off. The DA pointed at me, asked one of the cops to read my statistics from my booking paperwork. Six feet, 165lbs. He asked each cop for their height, weight, about their training. The last cop got a chuckled reprimand from the Judge when he told the the DA after giving his statistics, size don’t matter when willpower is in control.

When the woman took the stand, she asked the Judge if she could just make a statement & be done. The Judge agreed over protests from the DA. She pointed at me & said, “I wish that man had come along years ago. I did not think I was going to live through the beating that day, was tired of the pain. I will never let another man hurt me.”

Yep, I am one of the “Old White Men who needs to die” according to Oprah. I escorted the first black girl through our high school during desegregation deep in South GA. There was no hullabaloo. She made friends quickly, gave me a nickname, “Bones”.

I have nurtured, pushed, pulled, begged on occasion, women assembly line workers to be their best, congratulated them when they got better jobs when I had no place available for them. I have been blessed to live long enough to see some own their own companies, others running large companies. I expect all of them can open doors for themselves, but most likely they will say “thanks” if a man opens one for them. They are confident, don’t have time or interest in petty displays.

Just to vent a bit..

getting old is most diffecult at times..

but I gave into it despite the embarrasment..

for years, we have wanted a little deck added to the "side yard" on our house, not much to see, the wife building a rose garden that is showing color and form this year..

and it has a door off the basement stair which has never got real use because it has no steps outside..

So, I judged, after some argument that I could no longer build the darn deck by myself..

Called a pro, they got the deck built in a couple days.. I am glad I did it...

Nothing to do but walk around and add my vast knowledge to their efforts..

After some practice lounging on it this afternoon, I gotta say it is fun to have..

glad I spent the money.. Wifes rose garden, the bird feed station and trees are all that is on that side, but nice to sit and drink coffee..

The left’s characterization of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh is falling apart after another individual identified as being present during the alleged sexual assault by Kavanaugh has come forward and rejected the accuser’s story.

In a letter sent to Sen. Dianne Feinstein, California professor Christine Blasey Ford said there were four people besides herself at the party when she was allegedly assaulted by Kavanaugh.

One of those four people, Patrick J. Smyth, a high school classmate of Kavanaugh, provided the Senate Judiciary Committee with a letter rebutting Ford’s allegations against Kavanaugh, according to CNS News.

“I understand that I have been identified by Dr. Christine Blasey Ford as the person she remembers as ‘PJ’ who supposedly was present at the party she described in her statements to the Washington Post,” Smyth said in his statement published by CNN.

Smyth went on to claim “no knowledge” of the party Ford described.

“I am issuing this statement today to make it clear to all involved that I have no knowledge of the party in question; nor do I have any knowledge of the allegations of improper conduct she has leveled against Brett Kavanaugh.”

Smyth also commented on Kavanaugh’s character and his treatment of women.

“Personally speaking, I have known Brett Kavanaugh since high school and I know him to be a person of great integrity, a great friend, and I have never witnessed any improper conduct by Brett Kavanaugh towards women,” Smyth said.

Smyth’s statement makes him the third person to deny Ford’s claims out of the four individuals Ford said were present at the party....
