Finding yourself in a situation like that, and knowing how 'anti-gun' the New York authorities are, that's got to be pretty scary. I wouldn't want to be in their shoes. True on both counts. Quarterbacks actually have a guy who takes care of their balls and nobody else is allowed near them off the field. As for it being a non-issue, I doubt Tom Brady would see it that way. I reckon what the NFL (and Goodell in particular) did to him was nothing short of disgusting.

It's a terrifying thing for a man to be accused of crimes of a sexual nature. There will always be that nugget of doubt in the eyes of the people around you and there's nothing you can do to remove it because it's practically impossible to prove a negative. I know because it happened to me a few months ago. In time, I'm sure I'll get over it eventually, but just being alone with a woman right now makes me cringe. It's a horrible feeling.

Don't need to be prosecutable, the damage is in the reputation. Remember, a politician's greatest asset is his (alright... or her) reputation. If you can smear a politician with the suspicion of impropriety, you can end his (yes, I know... or her) career. That's where the money shot is.

I think this is all an orchestrated attack in general. Here's the kicker; I doubt it's the Democrats or Republicans doing this. The hits are landing on both sides. It really looks like there's an outside influence at work here. I wouldn't hazard a guess at who it might be, but it sure looks that way. Maybe this is the next step for The Donald in draining the swamp? Honestly wouldn't put it past him!
